We have an enormous collection of Waterford Crystal including glassware, light fixtures, lamps, chandeliers, etc... Dating from our wedding in 1978 to present. We've contacted Waterford Customer Service no less than 5 times trying to obtain wood plinths for a World Globe and a second 2-Arm Candelabra with no success. Waterford promises to assist us then repeatedly drops the ball. We found Lalique & Baccarat Crystal to be much more appreciative of our business.

Our experience with Waterford Development was not a happy one. We were referred to them by a company of Roofers that we were very satisfied with, and though Waterford appeared to be professional and responded quite promptly, they persisted in invoicing for simply coming out to estimate /examine a job, without having actually done the job. We find this both unprofessional, and unfair.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid $40 extra to receive an item in time. It did not arrive in that time-frame. The only way to contact them is via email, and they do not respond. I had to buy a different gift, and I had to pay to return the Waterford. NEVER AGAIN!

We purchased a Waterford Vase for our newlywed Son and Daughter In-Law. The Vase was defective and developed a chip in a few months. While Waterford offers their customers in Australia a one year replacement warranty, there is NO warranty in the US. Their response to us was essentially that products are only suitable for display, not use. Buyers beware that the brand hype is strictly around appearance, not serviceability. While Waterford unfortunately does NOT demonstrate integrity, we do demonstrate integrity and purchased another brand product as replacement for our Son and Daughter in-law.

I have purchased several items from Waterford and when there has been a problem (a decanter was chipped) they sent out a replacement immediately. The products are high quality and the customer service has been great

I wish I read these reviews before I made a purchase. I will not be buying from this company ever again. I purchased 2 frames for my mother in law online. Nowhere on the site does it say that the frames can only take portrait photos?! Never seen that before. Both of our photos are landscape. Their return policy is ridiculous. I bought through Canadian site, but have to return to the US. It was $90 to send back. And then apparently they deduct what it cost for them to send to us too?! I have not had a refund come through yet so don’t know how much that is. All for a product that completely mismarketed?! I have emailed and sent contact requests through their website 4 times. Zero responses. No way to call. This company is a joke. Will never purchase from them again.

I need to return an order and have been emailing Waterford for almost 3 weeks without a response.

Terrible customer service! No functioning phone number and no response to email for my online order. DO NOT order their products online - I’m out $120 with no hope of getting a refund.

Non-existent customer support! I ordered a pair of vases and a set of champagne flutes and the order never arrived. UPS shows it was delivered but I assume it was delivered to the wrong address. UPS indicated that an investigation could only be initiated through the seller. Numerous emails and using their online contact form has so far gone unanswered. My credit card company also provide their telephone number and they have not returned my calls either.

Customer Service v.suspect. Is this company the genuine article? The customer service response i got when asking when a presentation will box of whiskey glasses i really liked would be back in stock, was no response at all after they replied "yes they come in a presentation box"!... even though I wrote to them three or four times..Still nothing.. when they came back into stock I bought them. They do not sound anything like the crystal I have bought before when I tap them, they don't sound like crystal although they are heavy and look nice. Now I've seen the reviews here i won't risk buying from them again. Surely this is not THE Waterford Crystal company we think we're buying from?! Very, very strange.

I bought some crystal drinking glasses from Waterford.com which were intended for a Christmas gift. The glasses arrived but two of them had hairline cracks and so are too dangerous to use.
As a result I took photographs and emailed them with my complaint but it took 3 weeks before I received any reply and that basically just asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I suggested a replacement if they would check them before sending to ensure none were broken but if this was not possible then a refund.
In spite of several more emails I have heard nothing. I strongly advice people to not buy anything from these people as they clearly have zero customer service and obviously do not want any repeated custom!

I received 2 Waterford wine glasses from my daughter for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, it is the wrong size. It is impossible to contact Waterford.com customer service. Don't buy from them. You can't return.

Bought a set of crystal champagne flutes. Half arrived broken. Customer service is non-existent. Had an initial acknowledgement of my email and a request for pictures (which I promptly sent). Absolutely no response after 10 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waterford Crystal really need to sort out their customer service. I ordered some cocktail glasses on 1st May but they arrived with noticeable flaws in the glass. I requested a replacement and I am still waiting for the replacement on 15th September. They keep telling me that they are waiting for new stock. 5 months is not acceptable to keep a customer waiting for a replacement product or a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service.
