Terrible and false information, doesn't help with regrowth or make hair stronger!
Been using this product since January 4 times a week ! And hair are falling out like mad and my hair is so thin now that im gonna be bald before 35 !!! And thats only 2 years away , regret spending so much money buying this !

I am only on my second week of using the hair grow me shampoo and the conditioner , from the 1st wash my hair changed from frizzy dead looking , to fuller smoother , smells amazing too , I can’t wait too see my hair in the end of the 3 month I’ve given it to see even more of a difference . I wash is as recommend , and I’ve just ordered the dry oil for when I sleep to work its magic . Can’t recommend it enough

I am using Watermans shampoo after losing a great deal of hair due to stress and it is now beginning to regrow. My hair definitely feels a little thicker and is in better condition. I am now regaining confidence as I am able to wear my hair loose again. Thank you Watermans

The shampoo and conditioner smell great and have a thick luxurious consistency, thats why I've set up a subscription for a 5 star product. My hair has never felt so great, it grows and it doesn't fall out as much, stick to the steps and it works wonders!

I love watermens I have had alopecia since I was 4 years old am now 67 I us the oil shampoo the tonic its amazing ive just started the vitamins in the last couple days I will continue to us all products till I need to and beyond thanks watermans winnie

Made my hairs dry and thin , more breakage and shedding , also gave me acne on my forehead . I used it according to their guidelines but nothing happened . I complained regarding this product after using for 4 weeks however I was told to use for 3 months with the right guidelines which I did but felt disappointed. I started to use this product from July 2025 and now it’s October 2025. I can see hair line more visible . It has let me down .

I've been using Watermants for some years now and I can vouch that it works my hair was very fine byt now it's thicker. As well as that the condition of my haur has always been great since using Watermans. A big thumbs up from me!

Ive always had fine hair, but since the menopause, it has gotten even thinner. I have tried all sorts of products with no significant difference, until trying Watermans. I can honestly say on the advice of my regular hairdresser my hair has additional growth. Over 12 months it has grown around 10cms.

This Dry oyl is amazing , my hair is growing and thicker than it’s ever been , no dry ends or frizziness . Brilliant product would recommend 100%

I started experiencing hair shedding around 2008 and panicked. I got some help and initially began using products from Alterna. They helped, especially when combined with the American Crew Hair Recovery Concentrate Ampoules. I also used the American Crew Hair Recovery shampoo and conditioner, along with other related products.

Later on, I switched to Oribe, which, like Alterna, is very expensive. I saw good results for a few years, especially when I continued using the American Crew Hair Recovery Concentrate Ampoules every second year for a 3-month period.

Eventually, I was no longer able to get the ampoules, and the shedding returned. I searched online and came across Watermans. I noticed they used some of the same ingredients found in the American Crew ampoules, so I decided to try their shampoo, conditioner, and Grow More Elixir.

To my surprise, Watermans shampoo and conditioner are on par with Oribe — maybe even better — and available at a fraction of the price. After using the Grow More Elixir daily, the shedding stopped.

My mom also started using Watermans, and she saw a big difference. I highly recommend Watermans to everyone.

Awesome hydration for your hair, mine was so dry but now so soft and silky would recommend!

I used Watermans shampoo everyday for 6 months, but my hair has remained thin around the crown of my head. My wife's observation skills are unsurpassed, and she has seen no difference at all. My hair remains thin with lots of see-through to my scalp, as per 6 months ago, so I will not be repeating my purchase. I've found off-the-shelf hair thickening shampoo's from Tesco's give a better result.

I used the shampoo for nearly a year, don't come at me with temporary shedding. I don't believe your 5-star reviews are real.

Terribly regret using their products! I used Grow Me shampoo, conditioner and serum for months. Didn't particularly notices excessive shedding, I guess it happened slowly overtime but my hair went from long and fairly healthy to breaking, itchy scalp, dry hair. At first I thought it's just due to age, vitamin deficiency or stress but even after changing my lifestyle and taking supplements, months later, my hair is still in such a poor state. I'm trying not to cry when I look at old photos of myself. I will never use it again and feel like suing! I wish I could post photos for comparison

The only thing I can say about this product, is it makes my hair greasy. The day I've washed it my hair feels thicker but the next day so greasy. I don't understand why. Disappointed.

Just as the last negative review received, you insinuate that it’s a competitor, not taking into account the actual issues, I’m not the only one to report hair loss, can literally see my scalp after 3 uses, I’m devastated, not spiteful! I brought direct from your website, set for £30, I’ve binned them both, how dare you respond with suspicion after you’ve ruined my confidence, I feel like suing!! Don’t make out you have never heard of it when I’ve seen a few reviews saying the same, what kind of hair loss product causes hair loss, and you say thats normal? Surely people using the product are in hope of growth and if it’s going to send people bald, you should maybe mention that!!!! Absolutely shocking product after 3 uses, I experienced massively noticeable hair loss, I don’t want to leave the house. Upon reading reviews, found many others had the same problem, and the manufacturer responds with the excuse that it’s normal and that you have to lose hair to grow hair, what a ridiculous thing to say! This product should be banned from sale!

Your shampoo made my scalp itch REALLY bad. I followed all the guidelines. I've switched back to my previous shampoo and the itching has stopped. If you're happy with your shampoo, don't bother changing.

Delivered on time great product

I bought Watermans Grow Me Shampoo from Boots UK after seeing what looked like genuine Google reviews with before-and-after photos. They’re not. The reviews are pulled from Watermans’ own website and are not verified Google reviews. They look credible but they’re not independent or regulated. Makes me wonder if their 5 star reviews genuine?

If I can save one person from going through what I have, this is worth it. I’M INCONSOLABLE.

After using the shampoo, my hair felt coated and sticky. Like other people mention straw like. Then came the SHEDDING: I LOST about TRIPLE the AMOUNT of my HAIR than before using the shampoo especially around the temples and top. I track my routine, eat well, and haven’t changed anything else. The only variable was this shampoo.

They might say “oh, it’s just the initial shedding phase” TRIPLING the RATE OF YOUR HAIR FALLING OUT is not a “phase,” it’s a serious setback. (One other reviewer says he went from thick hair to near bald in a year! That cannot be just initial shedding for him.) No other product in my routine has caused anything like this. Plus if they are making their reviews look like genuine Google ones how could I believe anything else they say?! If I use it longer I might lose even more hair. Please, please, please read the other reviews that outline exactly the same issue. Be careful before you start with this product.

This is my honest experience. If I’d known the glowing reviews that look like Google ones (a marketing tactic called ‘structured data’) were self-hosted and unverified, not genuine-Google customer reviews, I wouldn’t have gone near this product.
