Great experience dealing with Andrew from abroad. I was sending a gift locally. Andrew was really helpful with recommendations and gave excellent service. I like to support independent local shops wherever I am. I look forward to popping in when I am next in Ringwood.

Can’t say enough about Waterside Wines
Can’t say enough about Waterside Wines. I ordered a case of wine but they only had 5 in stock. I had call from Andrew on a Saturday letting me know the only had 5 bottles of the wine I ordered. He recommend a similar wine as a replacement. I received the wine on the following Monday. Great Service and the wine was exactly what I wanted and more. If your looking wonder wines and customer service, waterside wines is the place!
