I’m very pleased overall. I had an issue with the first monitor and the owner reached out about the issue I was having before I noticed the issue. He sent me a new monitor and it’s been working great. Customer service alone is worth a 5-star review. I came across this product while doing a google a search and I’m very pleased overall with it.
Tony was an incredible resource as we navigated our home electrification project. There were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make, and he helped us understand our options in a way that was clear and easy to follow. He took the time to explore cost-saving solutions while also keeping energy efficiency and environmentally friendly choices in mind.
