Haven’t received item as yet. Emailed to chase and no reply either. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail strikes the order was delayed. Received my order today and although late for the birthday present it was intended for it was nicely packaged and just what I wanted. Will save for next years birthday present instead. I cannot recommend Jo and Wattle Designs highly enough! I created/purchased one of the "40 Reasons I Love You" prints for my boyfriend's birthday and Jo's work turned out so beautifully. Jo was so wonderful and easy to work with. She communicated promptly and clearly and helpfully. She was sensitive about getting the print to me in time. I look forward to being a repeat customer. :)

I ordered a custom design for my uncle’s 60th. Absolutely perfect customer service, Jo made sure I was happy with the design and it arrived well packaged and earlier than expected (even with Royal Mail delays). The picture/piece is such good quality and my uncle loved it. Can’t recommend this business enough.

Excellent purchase, can't rate highly enough, i wrote a message to my son and wanted to view it in different handwriting fonts and framing options. I have several prints from WD and I’m really happy with them all. The customer service has been fantastic on each occasion. The response time is quick, they are super flexible and are always happy to make adaptations or simply make something from scratch for me. Would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!
