I rode the WAU bike for maybe over 3 years, was a delivery courier in Bristol, put the bike through its paces, of course it needed constant maintenance due to constant use, the worst part of the experience was the trouble around getting parts of engineers that were willing / able to work on it. As far as the bike itself, Linus and everybody involved should be very proud of themselves it changed my life. My WAU bike gave up on me just last week, were parts and support still available i would get it repaired and continue to use even. Hope the WAU team come back stronger than ever, forever grateful. hello, I have a wau bike bike but the speed display is broken but this company no longer exists please can you suggest a speed display for this bike because I can't find the right one Please

The bike arrived after a few weeks came with a faulty battery charger which I didn't realise because they give you 2 and I used the first 1 then that one had problems.I did have problems fitting the front wheel but they sent me a replacement part which I appreciated alot as it came quick and communication was easy. They replied for the replacement part for the wheel but stopped half way for battery charger so i just decided to buy my own one as I was tired of waiting months for a reply. The WAU website is gone some reason which it is sketchy but overall decent bike but for the money you spend on it you'd expect a perfect bike and not have to go through all the hassle. I would recommend another company as wau are an hit and miss.

There’s no icon for minus 1 star they went bust disappeared and became non responsive to a faulty or failed charger or the battery brought xplus in may now left with no product support you might get a woman called Cristal email you but minute you say got issues she vanished completely do not buy anything from these totally scammed by these BE WARNED DO APPROAH THESE AT ALL DO NOT GET BITTEN

The WAU team has provided exceptional customer service support to me as a WAU Bike owner.
At first, their customer service support responded very slowly, but they still dealt with my inquiries. However, they became swift and efficient in solving my issues over time.
My bike overall is an incredible bike and I must say that I get compliments on how sexy my WAU bike looks all the time :D

WAU is an unknown quantity in the sense that they are a start up and you never quite know what kind of experience you’re going to get. My experience of dealing with the WAU team has been exceptional and the product is absolutely brilliant. It’s not cheap but nor should it be. It’s a solid, well conceived, well built bike that does everything I want and need it to do. Well pleased. Thank you.

Bike was delayed for a month as they had ran out of the electric battery I had ordered. However when the bike finally arrived it arrived with a myriad of issues including now having the front wheel nuts to reattach the front wheels, scratches on the paint work and the front mud guard not being properly secured

Had nothing but problems with this bike. Constant electrical faults noone seems able to repair. The company are not interested very hard to speak to anyone. The bike is less than two years old and I've decided to cut my losses and scrap it as I'm spending good money after bad trying get it working again. Worst bike dont waste your money!

Electrical problem on my bike error 08 wau said I need a new motor so I pay 260 for a new one wait 2 weeks fit the new one still doesn't work now wau aren't intrested in helping me sort the problem customer service is shocking cant even give you a phone call or email back

I have had heard nothing but positive things about WAU. I first had a glimpse of the Cyber bike on YouTube and was instantly hooked! I would like the say thank you to Todd from their team for replying quickly and being professional throughout our chat. This company is definitely worth 5 stars. 😀

I am giving a three-star review based on what I've seen and read about the new Cyber E-assist bike, and to give some ideas that might help make this a wonderful commuter bike.

Let me start off by saying that everything I have seen and read about the Cyber has been nothing short of amazing. This bike looks like something from a futuristic movie or something that would have gone wonderfully as a companion to the Tesla Cyber Truck. Load this bike into the bed of the Cyber Truck and head out for a day of bike/hike trail riding.

Now let's look at the motors and batteries: for the UK/European Union areas the Cyber will come with a 250w Bafang mid-drive motor powered by a 48v 1kwh battery, a second battery can be purchased and installed to extend the range. With just one battery the estimated range is 200 miles or about 322 kilometers with a cut-out speed of around 15.5 mph or 25 kph (The speed where the motor no longer provides assistance to the pedals). The U.S./Canadian version can be ordered with a 750w motor and a 52v 1kwh battery and an estimated range of 160 miles or 257.5 kilometers with a cut-out speed of 28 mph or 45 kph on a single battery. A second battery is also an option for this bike.
On both the Cyber 250 and the Cyber 750 there is a button on the top of the battery compartment to switch between the two batteries. The numbers signal the motor size.

The Cyber is slated to come with LEDs on the front and rear forks that will act as turn signals. It is also equipped with a color display to indicate speed, distance, and battery life remaining as well as a warning system to let you know about the traffic around you, primarily behind and to the sides.

Some items that I would like to see on this bike are braze-ons for water bottle holders, front panniers, and a rear pannier and rack system. I honestly think that these will make for a much better commuter/errand bike as it would give some storage space other than the 8 liters in with the battery/batteries. I would also like to see the option for larger batteries for those who wish to use the Cyber to travel across the country.
Another option that I would love to see on this bike is the Rohloff 14-speed rear hub for a slightly wider range of gears.

There are two seat options you can choose from depending on your riding style and the bike is equipped with hydraulic brakes, delivering precise and reliable stopping power ensuring optimal safety and control, and enhancing the overall riding experience.

And my favourite part of the bike is the LED lights which are not only functional but also eye-catching, making it a head-turner on the road. These lights enhance visibility, promoting safety during nighttime rides or in low-light conditions.

These features are a testament to the ingenuity and attention to detail displayed by the team behind its development and I truly believe that the future of e-biking has arrived and I cannot wait to ride one.

What made my experience great with WAU is their professional ability to deliver exactly how they say,show and /or advertise their product!;this is a quality many companies fail to have with their customers(especially from my personal experiences with those companies).

I have followed the WAU Cyberbike launch on Facebook in the project group and it looks like it is straight out of a sci-fi video game! The style is sleek, sexy and powerful.
