Same as others on here. Leaf blower arrived bashed and dirty, broken box and dodgy batteries. Zero customer service with them refusing to listen and dodging the issue. I must return it at my expense etc as with everyone else on here. Repeat emails requesting videos after they already had photos and the bank had agreed with me and refunded the money. It’s still ongoing I’m not sure they will ever leave me alone. I have given them 4 weeks to get it collected at their expense so for now I wait… very upsetting though and I will never buy online again I’m afraid.

I never received the mini projector I ordered for a Christmas present. They blamed the courier and after many emails back and forth, finally promising to refund 50%, they never did. Buyer beware..

Brought the wavel portable projector. Poor product - dim with blurry edges. Can only return at great expense to myself. Wavel obviously is not interested in providing a good service or quality product.

Absolute cowboys, my advice would be don't order from them. I ordered projector and a second one in error as I thought it hadn't processed. Tried to return the unwanted item and they put as many barriers in as they could and wanted me to ship back to Hong Kong. Decided not to take the risk of the outcome being they said it was damaged. Read some good reviews about the projector, but never experienced anything like it in my life. Do not order anything from them. Shambles

This company is a scam. Don’t use them. Faulty product. They offered my a 3% refund or to charge me half the cost to send back with no guarantee they’d pay me. Avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this company. I bought a mini projector. The sound was terrible and the Internet streaming very poor. Currently trying to get a refund but they're insisting on me paying return costs and charging a handling fee which is against the consumer rights act. Scam company.

The company is a fraud. The product is a pen, not a digital notebook. Huge rip off and all the consumer rating agencies whose endorsements are obviously false should sue them

If I could give this a zero I would. This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a digital notebook for $269.00. I read reviews from Rankonline.com and reviewholics.com both in on the scam. I received a pad of paper and a pen. They are crooks. They've offered 20% refund if I return the product to China at my expense. They actually tried to tell me it's reusable paper it can be washed and dried with a hair dryer. STEER CLEAR!

I ordered a Wavel Mini Portable Projector from the Australian-facing Wavel website and paid in AUD. When the product arrived, it came with a UK power plug, so it was not suitable for normal use in Australia.
I contacted customer service promptly and was asked to provide multiple rounds of photos and video. After that, instead of a straightforward remedy, I was offered a series of partial refunds and was told I may need to return the item overseas at my own cost. At one point the company acknowledged there had been a shipping error, but the matter still was not resolved properly.
My concern is not just the wrong plug, but the way the complaint was handled. The process was slow, repetitive and frustrating, and I did not receive the clear refund/replacement outcome I expected.
This was my personal experience, and I recommend that buyers check very carefully what they are being sent and what return/refund conditions may actually apply if something goes wrong. I would not recommend this company or its products.

Be very careful about using this firm,their write up looks good…. I had a stroke in August 25 and being able to effectively write an email or dictate it sound good, but whst they advertise is not reality ! When challenging them on this, by email, they didn’t deny any of it and ton wanting to return the goods yiou have to send them to china, snd pay a large fee to send it athey charge something like 10 % of the value snd they will only refund if it arrives in good condition. How do I guarantee thst to china? regrettably I didn’t see these reviews first, but take great care please if you use them. It good but rresility is not as they advertise ,

Total scam. Bought a projector for £129 based on what I now understand are bogus reviews along with the totally made up advertising on the website (high picture quality, lumens etc.) Product is dreadful - thin plastic and the picture is completely fuzzy. Turns out that WavelUK is a Chinese company based in Hong Kong. Asked to start returns process 3 times. First time was offered 3% (less than £4) of paid price to keep the projector, second was offered 20% of price. I insisted on returning it for a full refund and was willing to pay for the tracked postage to Hong Kong as at least that way I would only lose £20 rather than £129. Sent the parcel only for it to be returned to me 3 weeks later saying there is no such person as the recipient I had been given by their customer services. I’ve now asked for a full refund or I’m going to start legal proceedings.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Con. Products 3 times the price and faulty. Won't do refund unless you take 10% and keep the item or pay £35 to be shipped to Hong Kong and the refund is not guaranteed.even then. Customer service doesn't listen and sends you round in circles. Do not use this company, they should not be trading.

Scam company! Ordered a digital notebook (after reading what was clearly a scam review) expecting at least instructions for an app, nothing! Just a box with a poor quality paper notepad and pen you plug in that doesn’t work. Have asked for return instructions but having read here I’m not holding out much hope and will have to raise a fraud case with my bank

Just updating - got some offers to return (all of which would cost me money) raised a dispute with my bank who paid a refund immediately whilst investigating. On the advice of my bank have not initiated return yet but have the paper notebook ready to go if required.

Taking bank to Financial ombudman now as thrown out twice as been told only today not triggered to next stage because item not returned. Nov 28th Bank advised not to return item while they were investigating re 15% charge & £35 p&p back no guarantee might lose more money. stale mate now & too late to return. Do Not use this company. A baby monitor with Wavel brand on description, no guarantee in box, no logo, no instructions, flimsy plastic not fit for purpose from WanB Hong Kong

Based in China, though they don't specify that on their website. If you want to return something they demand you pay their initial shipping costs too, plus a 15% 'handling fee'. Bunch of crooks, don't bother.

I wrote a review on Jan 16th with my awful experience of this company. However I went through my BANK and got a FULL REFUND for the unusable product.
The burnt out leaf blower is not going into circulation again.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I purchased a digital notebook and can only echo the views of previous reviewers. I was of the opinion that I had purchased an IT device and received two scrappy notebooks and a cheap looking stylus minus any instructions. In essence I paid £198 for two paper notebooks. I have raised a dispute with company and they claim i have received what I ordered! I purchased this device having read a review site which compared this to other reputable devices. Avoid this bunch like the plague.

More like minus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and counting. What a JOKE! JIBBER-JABBER of the highest order! I'm in the process of returning my order for a refund minus their 15% handling fee. With dubious Return Address in hand, I'll see this to the very end. And then I'll update this review. BET!

Wavel uses Relay as their delivery partner. The Relay courier took a photo of an attempted delivery outside our home but did not leave the package in the allotted safe place and when we checke dourside for the parcel there was none. When we contacted Wavel to help find the parcel they kept saying they will pass on the query to their support department but now one has come back from that department after multiple emails. The only person responding is someone names Cindy but they have been unable to help resolve this issue. Do not trust Wavel nor Relay. Also it says Wavek UK but your the package is b3ing shipped from China!

Bought titanium chopping board as a present. Was damaged. Wavel offered a partial refund which I declined. They insisted If I wanted a full refund that I return the original at my expense to China together with tracking and they would then deduct a 15% handling fee. In short, more or less no refund nor a replacement for damaged goods. Illegal for sales in the UK.
