Professional, Personal and 5 star all around
I don’t really know where to start. From the 1st point of contact with the team right up to today has been spot on. The process of payment and all communication prior to arrival has been easy and Alibek is a credit to the company. His professional and personal service kept myself and my husband at ease at all stages of the trip and the procedure. The doctors and staff at the hospital were great and an English translator was present the whole time to ensure that my husband was well informed during the procedure. Everything ran so smoothly from meeting Alibek at the airport, dropping us at the hotel (which was beautiful), right up to him dropping us back off for our departure. We were provided with all the information and products needed for the aftercare process and reassured that Alibek was available for any further questions we may have once we have arrived home. I honestly can’t fault the process 1 bit. A truly professional team, a very personal service and we can’t wait to see the results post healing.

Brilliant service, would recommend
I am writing this post hair transplant, I would like to review WaveMedica 5stars.
Firstly I was extremely satisfied with the consultant that was assigned to me, Alibek. He was very reassuring throughout the whole process and knew how to answer each one of my questions with confidence and accuracy at any times throughout my whole procedure and leading up to it.
Secondly, the arrival and hotel stay during the procedure was second to none. Staying at a very prestigious hotel with services included meant I could relax and stay comfortably without having to worry about anything other than food.
The transfers between the airport, to the hotel to the clinic were a massive help and I am glad that this service is also included.
The procedure was straightforward, the only painful part of the process is the anesthesia process in the first 10 minutes. After that, you cannot feel a thing and could also fall asleep if you wanted to.
Overall, I am happy with my choice and would also recommend to others to try WaveMedica

4,200 grafts
I had 4,200 hair grafts transplanted to the top of my head. The procedure took 7 hours overall and I had a great experience throughout. They were all very professional, friendly and made me feel valued. I also was able to come back on subsequent days for a professional hair wash by the team.

I had great experience with Wavemedica they were outstanding. They implanted 2,800 to restore my frontal hairline which wasn,t painful.

Staff at clinic was very attentive I…
Staff at clinic was very attentive I could see Surgeons were paying attention to details and trying to make incision with precisions. Doctor who was supervising my procedure was coming every 2 hours to see the progress and to reassure me everytime.
