STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE TO MY PROBLEM

Further to my previously posting a complaint in February, this matter still remains partly unresolved.
For this reason I phoned 'Wavenet' to point out that despite my being a long term customer, I was not able to access my account to check my bills because it said 'Couldn't find an account under that email address'. The lady I spoke to told me to hang on, and after a while I was told to hang on a bit longer, which I did for what seemed an inordinate amount of time, until eventually the line went dead. I then tried ringing back twice, but again the line went dead on each occasion! I was hoping that as the lady had all my details, that she would ring me back but no chance! So I then decided to email the Company, and I am still waiting for a response.
Not only is this frustrating but it just doesn't make sense, for if I am getting my bills regularly via my email address, how come I cannot access my account by using the same email address??
Is it too much to ask that someone can sort this matter out for me, or does the Company want me to take my custom elsewhere? They said last time that they were sorry I was not satisfied, but they have done nothing since to sort this problem out! If I could award less than one star, I would, because the customer service at 'Wavenet' is atrocious

I recently had a router upgrade

I recently had a router upgrade, after which my network went down on several devices and I struggled to reconnect some of them. I reported the issue to Wavenet, and whilst it did take a little time for the initial response, things improved significantly once the matter was escalated.

Clive Evans was sent out to investigate, and on his first visit he stayed for a few hours, trying everything he could think of at the time. He had some idea of what might be causing the issue, but it wasn’t until later that the full scale of the problem became clear. After exhausting all possible fixes during that visit, he went away and worked closely with Yusuf Hussain to come up with a proper plan to get us back up and running.

The network had been down for around two weeks, and whilst the back-end support team had been attempting to help, the progress was fairly limited. However, once Clive and Yusuf aligned on a solution, Clive returned and had everything up and running again in a matter of minutes.

Both Clive and Yusuf worked incredibly hard to restore our company’s network, and I’m extremely grateful for their efforts. My business relies heavily on staying connected, with all devices needing stable internet access, so their persistence made a huge difference.

Thank you both for your dedication and support it is very much appreciated.

Why can I not cancel or even get a response - high wait times - terrible service

We have been attempting to cancel our services with Wavenet for several months now, and the entire experience has gone far beyond frustrating—it has become completely unacceptable. Despite making repeated efforts through every reasonable channel available, including numerous phone calls, countless emails, and ongoing written correspondence, we have received no meaningful progress, no resolution, and no clear communication.

Each time we try to engage, we are either ignored, passed from one department to another, or left waiting without any follow-up. It feels as though there is no accountability, no ownership of the issue, and no urgency whatsoever in resolving what should be a straightforward request. The amount of time and energy we have had to spend chasing this has been excessive and entirely avoidable if proper customer service processes were in place.

At this stage, leaving a negative review feels like the only remaining option to get any form of attention. However, after reading through other reviews from customers who appear to have experienced very similar issues, it is deeply concerning that this pattern seems to persist without improvement. That raises serious questions about how seriously customer feedback is actually taken and whether there is any genuine commitment to resolving ongoing problems.

To any business owner considering working with Wavenet, my strong advice would be to proceed with extreme caution. Do your own thorough research before committing. In our experience, it is far safer to choose a provider with the scale, structure, and customer support systems necessary to handle issues efficiently and professionally. Based on what we—and many others—have experienced, Wavenet does not inspire confidence or trust in this regard.

Wavenet, if you are reading this, I urge you to take immediate action. Review my account, identify the outstanding request, and make direct contact as a matter of urgency. The lack of response up to this point is unacceptable, and this situation needs to be resolved without any further delay.

I contacted Wavenet support about a storage limit issue in a new environment that was causing user profiles to run out of space.

Lorna Soares handled the case and was very helpful throughout. She quickly identified the cause and explained the fix clearly.

Communication was professional and the issue was resolved smoothly. Thanks to Lorna for the support.
