I'm not likely to left review buts this time it worth I made an update about old waves plugins I have at the time I paid I was so confuse and how to proceed with the final installation in the wave central I got I touch with waves support team and a single line of text they fix and help me with the final installations

A very helpful assistant named Allan helped me through the process! He made my day!

Originally thought Waves makes good plugins. They sound great and they are trusted by the pro’s.
Two weeks later. I was wrong
*****Edit after I found out the hard way they are a deceptive company. You can’t trust their website. I should have listened to the others who warn about Waves. I was new to Waves Plugins bundles but the honeymoon ended abruptly when their website told me if I purchased another bundle I could gain 83 or 85 more plugins. Well that was a lie I already had all of those plugins in my current bundle. I spent over $500 in a month and I was treated like trash. I contacted Waves I was polite, kind and courteous about this and they told me oh sucks to be you and nothing we can do. This what you think of your customers?
I found out the hard way they don’t care about their customers! Honestly just go buy UAD Plug-in Alliance or Melda Plugins. I purchased a bundle from UAD 8 years ago and they still gave me updates even though there is a new version of their plugins. I put Melda Plugins up there because they sound good and if you own their Everything Bundle you actually get all future added plugins. Nobody else does that. Plug-in Alliance is just awesome in every way possible you will get updates forever. I own plugins by about 20 different manufacturers Waves just took last place in my book. There is way too much competition for a company to treat their customers like this.

I needed a little help and they were quick to show me exactly what I needed done to solve my issue.

Every year Waves updates a few minor things and then expects you to pay for upgrades even if they are fixing bugs.

I’ve already bought 9 plugins from waves. I got a new computer and now they are charging me $90 to install on my new computer?? What a ripoff!! Will never buy from waves again. Absolutely insane. What a joke.

They were somewhat helpful, company when it comes vst's plugins, need to talk to real person not a bot!!! Too many software and plugin company don't give you hands on at all to help...what would be good if they could have zoom calls, so they could walk a person who's having trouble.

I have used Waves Plugins as far back in the DAW days that I remember, mid 90's. They are and always have been classy and hugely useable and task focussed. Thew setup now is a little more confusing as versions update, and theres a fee for the update ~ Im not keen on, mainly because I think if you build and sell us something, its maintainence and delivery of better quality, or fixed issues, shoulde be passed onto your customers as a matter of integrity. Not financial second grabs. But....everyone needs to eat I get that, all in all, we can choose Not to take the update, and put up with the bugs theyve fixed and called it a new version ~ and battle on with our choice.Such is the price we pay , for quality items I guess, and no argument, they are that, so . . .Ill keep using them until they arent!

Shruthi crushed it - so grateful! I had an issue with out of date plug-ins. I am also not very tech savvy, but I can follow instructions (lol). Shruthi sent me a step by step guide and I was able to recover my 4 missing plug-ins - yahoo! Waves rules I promise I will buy more stuff!!

Had a whole system walkthrough with Ray. In the End we fixed it. Great Job

I was very worried going into an upgrade from V9 Waves to V16 in a jump. I only got so far on my own, but their chat tech support did a great job guiding me. Khussh was a fantastic help.

Waves is the most professional pro audio software company-period. No compromising at all. Product fidelity is pro level and their support is the best I’ve ever experienced. In fact they are the ONLY plugin company with real support!

Waarom betalen voor een update! Dat vind ik echt heel slecht. Ik heb misschien 2 jaar geleden een aantal plugins gekocht. Nu net een nieuwe Mac. Kun je weer opnieuw gaan betalen alleen maar vanwege een update, en niet zomaar een beetje. Het gaat om bijna 200 euro. Ik koop geen nieuwe Waves plugins meer als het op deze manier gaat
