the person helping me was attentive, timely with responses and offered solutions directly to the questions i was asking...in addition she was not trying to upsale me she was simply offering assistance as i asked for it. by not being pushy I felt comfortable and ended up spending money anyway which felt natural.

I had the misfortune of an external drive that wanted to play dead. My Waves licenses and most plugins were on that drive. When I contacted the Waves online support, they were very friendly and were able to get me up and running in no time. Transferring the licenses was an easy process and they walked me through every step. Thank you so much for being knowledgeable and friendly.

What they don’t tell you is they will bill you with every new OS update. So basically an annual subscription billing model that they hide from you and you pay triple on the first year. Suddenly you realise why they sell every with “massive discounts”. I lost the use of my plugins in 3 months after upgrading my Mac.

I had a problem with Pro Tools not launching. Kept getting hung up on waveshell. I reached out and found Ray. He was so patient. He was able to guide me thru the process of getting it back up an running. A process I never would have figured out on my own.

It’s currently 3:00 PM, and after spending the whole day trying to install the plug-in, I finally made it!
I had to update everything because I was still using an older version, but it was worth it.
I managed to install this plug-in that I bought using the last savings I had put aside — and now it’s finally working.
Thank you, Waves, for making such amazing tools.

I had a really tricky software problem with some hi-end audio plugins I've been using and found the Waves service helpful, efficient, expert and, most important of all, friendly and patient! Thanks so much to Khussh who has the patience of a saint! A wonderful service that cannot be faulted! Thanks to all!

Customer service is top notch. Unfortunately the Waves Central App isnt great. VPN usage causes licensing issues and deactivates your plugins a lot as well the app has major 250mb updates every month or two. Not great for those with a data cap.

It apparently is a subscription based service. So you pay 80$ for a plugin that you do not own. If I knew that I would have never purchased their things. Customer service is as good as a pile of dog s**t too. Do not use this service.

These greedy pigs force the Waves Update Plan on you after you already paid for the plugin, not on any plan, so they change their model and make you no longer able to use it unless you pay a second time to use their plan. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL SCAM.
