This wig was the worst very thin

This wig was the worst very thin! All my other wigs were fuller. . I have purchased 14 wigs from this company and this wig is not full at all. I received a refund but I had to pay to have the item sent back which they refused to refund the shipping cost . Instead they offered a credit on next purchase for the shipping cost.

I ordered my first week from wavymyhair


I ordered my first week from wavymyhair last year. October and I have not looked back since, i have ordered a total of 10 wigs and I love them all the quality is unmatched. Keep up the good work wavymy. I love your wigs. And they are great with communicating with you to make sure you're satisfied.

Order two wigs

Order two wigs, both wigs arrived in a timely fashion.( love that) The straight wig I ordered loved, if I had give review for straight it would be 5 stars, great quality, soft, no odor, definitely was amazing.Now that curl wig was a no go. It had all the details I said about the straight wigs but I went to Jamaica, the curl wigs tangle so bad, also was shedding so bad, I got the hair wet but it’s wet and wavy and it was given that. when it dried it was coming out so bad like I was sick. worst curly wigs I ever brought. All curly hair shed a little bit but this was like the wig was going bald.

Regarding the tangling problem you mentioned: once a wig is detached from the head, it easily loses moisture and nutrients, so it requires extra moisturizing care during daily use. You might try using products such as moisturizing oils to condition it. If the issue is severe, please contact us immediately.

When I first submitted my miracle knot order there were a few hiccups in regard to shipping. However, the customer service provided by wavy my hair removed any concern I had. They were very apologetic and responsive. I’ve now installed the hair and it’s been amazing to deal with. It’s extremely soft and I will be purchasing from this company again!

The representation of their product is SPOT ON, and the quality of the hair is SECOND to NONE! It is soft and shiny, and the curls are luscious and full. Compliments are always coming my way! Nobody suspects that I am wearing a wig! And their customer service is a highlight of doing business with Wavymyhair!

I bought this product on Tik Tok

I bought this product on Tik Tok. At first glance item looked good but on trying on the quality of the cap is very poor and I realised within a few days this is NOT human hair as it as advertised but synthetic strands
Contacted seller who promised a refund if I I removed my review. After continuous messages I agreed to change my review but still didn’t give 5 stars.
I was then blocked and no refund!
I wouldn’t waste money buying these poor quality products. Had C better from Amazon

This is my second time placing an order


This is my second time placing an order with WayMyHair. The first time, I ordered a V-part wig with yaki hair, and I was so happy with it 10/10. (It’s just a shame there’s no option to choose a smaller wig cap for people with smaller heads.)

The second time, I ordered a closure wig, and I’m not satisfied with it. This wig sheds a lot!! Like really not normal. I’m used to some shedding, but this is too extreme. The density is also very minimal. I had to add extra wefts to it

It is normal for a wig to shed slightly during its initial use. For daily maintenance, we recommend using a wide-toothed comb it. Furthermore, you should avoid combing the wig while it is wet, as this can exacerbate shedding. Please also try to avoid pulling or tugging at the hair forcefully. If you have followed these care instructions yet are still experiencing severe shedding, please take photos and contact our customer service team. Cute Cute!!

I ordered two wigs from this company. Even though it took a while to come in their communication and tracking updates were on point and impressive. The boxes came with alot of additional goodies inside like comb, band, nails, stocking cap, etc. The hair color is exact and the lengths are perfect. One of the wigs is alittle too big but still looks nice. I just have a small head. I would order from them again #thumbsup
