I’ve visited Waxman tile showroom looking for a specific tile for my shower feature wall. I was served by Ben, who was extremely accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable. He went over and above to check stock and also took tiles from the warehouse to enable me to see how the tiles would look in my bathroom. Halfway through, Hannah came to help who was also extremely welcoming and helpful. I can honestly say I have not had customer service like this in a long time. A true credit to the organisation. Thankyou!

Your 24mm Harmonie tiles are in an array of lovely glossy colours and they are perfect for cutting to make mosaics. They came so promptly too.

Great product and fast delivery- I got some free samples which really helped me decide what I needed for my project and I will be putting in a bigger order when I’ve worked out how much I need. Thanks very much

Absolutely first class in service and quality I’ve dealt with this company for many years even though my properties are in Manchester the travel over to the factory to get the expertise advice of Richard and a coffee is absolutely key to finish a renovation or just simply update on a budget utilising the clearance warehouse …..the quality is outstanding 👌

They have a fantastic selection of high-quality tiles at competitive prices, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Shout out to Richard! The team were knowledgeable, helpful, and made it easy to find exactly what I needed. They held my tiles for when I was ready, and then planned a delivery in for when was convenient for me.
