Had a great experience using WayKen. Had constant and quick communication with Tiya. All parts came back looking great, and while parts have not been installed yet, all tolerances look to be as required.

Wayken is one of the best manufacturing companies I have worked with. Great communication, fast responses, quality machined products to my EXACT specifications. A true delight to work with. If I were allowed to give more than 5-stars I would.

My experience with WayKen has been overwhelmingly positive. Excellent communication, great attention to design details, and a short production time are Wayken's greatest strengths. You can rely on them and trust their experience. The quality of their prototype parts is very high.

We have been using WayKen for many years. They have quick turnaround time and excellent quality control. The staff members are extremely helpful. Sometimes we have rushed designs, and they would adjust the models to help speed up the process where applicable (things like forgetting to add drafts/rounds ...etc).

Timely responses despite the differences geographically.

Great communication throughout the process. They made sure my part was manufacturable and that the final surface finish would meet my expectations. They were very clear about their capabilities, sent photos during production, and responded quickly to questions. Pricing was also very reasonable, and at this price point, the quality was the best I’ve received from any CNC manufacturer. Shipping was very fast once the parts were completed.

WayKen has fast and clear communication. I have used them for approx 10 plastic CNC orders over the past 6 months. My parts are fairly complex & require a smooth surface finish, and WayKen is meeting these requirements. I plan to continue using them because of the good quality.

However, your prices are often higher than those of other suppliers.

Wayken provides a great customer experience. They have a strong talented team who consistently fabricate high quality details.

1. The machining cost was very reasonable. I reached out to multiple suppliers for the same parts, and Wayken offered the most competitive quote.

2. The machining accuracy met expectations perfectly. The part is divided into three sections and is quite complex overall, with the three sections fastened together by screws. The final machined assembly performed almost exactly as predicted in the simulations.

3. Due to an oversight on my part, there was a minor dimensional error in the part design. Although it was not Wayken's fault, they still actively assisted in resolving the issue.

For all of the above reasons, I highly recommend Wayken.

What I appreciated most was the communication. Even when I made small changes to the design, the team confirmed everything before production started.

The part clamps the strings is securely, even in the smaller slots. The thickest string passes through the slot without any issues, and once the grub screw is tightened,the strings stay firmly in place with no slipping.

What stood out was the calm communication style. Even when changes came up, they were handled clearly and without pressure.

I've had several prototypes made by them. The customer service is excellent and the quality of the work is great.
