I did not receive my order and get no response from your “support” web site. Does your company even exist? When I have a moment, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. I believe you’re a scam.

Ordering was very easy. My items came very quick. I will be ordering from this company agsin.

I didn’t receive my package

They were great. I had made a purchase, but realized the same evening that my wife had already purchased the same item that had delivered. I easily reached out for my order to be canceled and within 36hrs they had confirmed & canceled my order.

The taste of the coffee wasn’t much different

I wanted to return the bottle. Unused and unopened as per your policy. But can't get a response from anyone. I filed the dispute with my credit card company and I will get all my money back and apparently I'll get a free bottle to keep since you don't give me any option to return this bottle. You should follow your return policy. At the very least you would have had your product back to resell

I did not intend to make this purchase but was not able to cancel. Charge was put on my Discover card. I had not provided that information.

The address was incorrectly listed and I’m not sure it got corrected

I didn't get my package at all and it says it was supposed to be delivered. When I put my tracking number in Amazon it can't be found. I have receipts

Super fast shipping. No broken product. Not a scam.

Nothing negative to say about this order. I like the item - received very quickly- process very smooth.
