Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your recent experience has not met the standard you should expect from WBBT, especially as a Pro customer.

You are absolutely right to expect faster communication and a smoother process for metadata corrections. While our 24-hour support timeframe represents our usual response target, some cases may require additional investigation before they can be fully resolved. However, long gaps between updates are not the experience we want to provide, and we are actively working on improving our support workflow and response consistency.

We also understand how frustrating metadata corrections can be when a release is already live. These updates sometimes depend on processing by individual platforms after we submit the correction, but we agree that the process and communication around these requests can be improved.

Regarding release delivery times, our current review window is designed to allow enough time for quality control, rights checks and delivery to stores. At the same time, we are continuously reviewing this process with the goal of making releases and corrections faster without compromising accuracy.

We appreciate criticism like this because it helps us identify where we need to improve. We hope we can provide you with a much better experience going forward.
