WCI installed a shared domestic sewage treatment plant at this property in East Devon. They offered a competitive quote for the job but added "variations" to the final bill. They blamed unforeseen problems due to the ground conditions they had neglected to investigate. They damaged a concrete step to the front of the house but declined to repair it because it is "very weak and old concrete".

WCI managed to unravel the workings of a complicated private drainage system . Work was prompt, efficient and we were involved in all discussions and decision making throughout.
We highly recommend them!

Our treatment plant developed faults very early on Wed 29 January caused by the dreadful storms we are currently experiencing, A phone call to Sara who is always so helpful resulted in Nowell being booked in to visit us Thursday morning which was the following day. Considering the floods in the South West we thought that was pretty quick!
It was not a straightforward job and Nowell was brilliant and extremely thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and worked precisely and competently through the whole system. He left with the plant up and running again
Nowell serviced our system last year and we look forward to his visit later this year

WCI installed a sewage treatment system at my late father's house shortly before he died. WCI could not have been more helpful in dealing with our many enquiries during our conveyancing process whilst seeling his house. We would highly recommend them based on the treatment plant itself and their customer service.

We were advised by friends to contact WCI. They responded to initial enquiry quickly. The process of getting a quote and job done was very efficient.
The guys who dug the new drainage field worked in a very professional manner and cleared the site afterwards brilliantly (despite having had to battle against torrential rain for most of the time). Thanks to Phil for project management.

WCI recently had a Graf 7pe water treatment plant installed at our domestic property in South Devon by WCI.

From the initial contact with Naomi in the office to the completion of works on site, my overall impression with WCI was very good.

Mark, the Engineer who came out for the initial site visits was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Mark also took the time to arrange a second site visit to ensure the specifications were still correct as I left a long time between the first site visit and the confirmation of the order.

The contractors that they used for the work - Ben from BS groundworks - were hard-working, knowledgable and friendly.

There were a few minor issues with procurement delay, and communications within WCI, but nothing that affected the successful completion of the work.

There were also circumstances beyond anyones control - limitations with delivery as access to the site is very tight, and difficult ground conditions. This meant at times it was very frustrating, particularly for Ben. He remained solution focused throughout and completed the work on time with excellent care and attention to detail and the finish on site.

I have no hesitation in recommending WCI and BS, in fact I’ve already recommended them to two of my friends who also need new water treatment plants installed in 2026

Earlier this year (2025) we found ourselves in a very complex situation relating to a drainage system on a neighbouring property that our house shared. We were in the midst of selling our house and unbeknownst to us this system was not compliant with regulations meaning that we were unable to proceed with the house sale. Throughout what was a very difficult situation for us Naomi and the team at WCI gave us calm, dependable advice, and worked with us to find a solution to our situation. They designed and installed a completely new sewage treatment plant and drainage field, to serve our property independently, and we are now in a position to remarket the house. Naomi was a constant source of knowledge and guidance, always happy to answer our (many) questions, and able to guide us through our options from a legal and technical perspective. She also managed the EA Permit application on our behalf. The work itself was completed on time, extremely efficiently, by Phil and his team, and at a very fair and competitive price. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending WCI for any drainage work, and especially in cases where you need the piece of mind that the job has been completed in accordance with EA guidelines.
