Arrived on time for the collection, paid full amount agreed on quote on collection of car and was very polite & helpful. Will use again.

I've had two cars collected in two weeks by WCSM. Both occasions were handled by them like a dream.
Simply got an on-line quote. They called the next morning to book a time.
Friendly and clear instructions on what I needed to do.
The chap collecting the cars was friendly and respectful.
Cannot fault them.
They honoured their quote exactly both times.
The reason I used them recently again was my experience 8yrs ago, which was also great.

Great service, prompt collection within 2 working days. On arrival the driver was very friendly and I received my cheque for the correct amount in hand. I was emailed my certificate of destruction later the same day. Very efficient, reliable service. Used as part of the ULEZ scrappage scheme and very happy with the service received.

Emailed company on the 23rd August for an appointment they emailed me back with same day collection and the best price around for my car, Certificate of Destruction posted out to me. Very quick and easy from start to Finish and dealt with DVLA on my behalf

Car removed and received a cheque for the amount quoted with no hassles. Worked fine for me as MOT had just expired.
Note that their only concern is that the car has not been modified or had parts removed, so you'll need to be clear about this from the start. Price quoted depends on current scrap metal rates, which fluctuate. I found them honest and straightforward to deal with.
