A group of award-winning, family-run holiday parks on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, with fantastic accommodation, facilities and locations. All of our parks provide a base from which you can explore the beautiful and unspoiled Dorset coast and countryside. Each park has something different to offer whether it’s peace and quiet you are looking for or great facilities and views. Find your perfect holiday park. Will it be Highlands End at Eype, with its clifftop views and 5* facilities? Or perhaps Golden Cap, situated just yards from the beach. Maybe you'd prefer Graston Copse or Sandyholme for peace and quiet in the countryside, while still being by the coast. Accommodation varies by park and includes: caravans, luxury lodges, different types of glamping, apartments, bungalows and pitches for camping and touring.

Not happy with the sale of our caravan


Not happy with the sale of our caravan sold for £9500 only received £1600 back from sale charged us for site fees until December 2026 we were not informed of the increase of fees this year and have had no invoice .we paid our site fees monthly so feel we should have only paid for ground rent for the time we owned the van how does it justify that the company charges twice for the same pitch when new owners also pay for the same year would not recommend buying or selling a caravan from them the matter has not been resolved

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect the agreed sales process or the documentation signed by yourselves.
For clarity, when a caravan is sold through us, the agreed sale price is inclusive of the current year’s pitch fees. This is clearly stated within the sale agreement, signed by yourselves, which also confirms that pitch fees are non-refundable. This is standard practice and ensures the new owner benefits from the remainder of the season, rather than any duplication of charges.
In addition, all owners were informed of the 2026 pitch fee increase via our newsletter sent in late November. It is also made clear at the point of purchase that pitch fees are subject to an annual increase due to inflation.
Prior to the sale, we contacted you directly to confirm you were happy to proceed at the agreed price, including the inclusion of pitch fees, but did not receive a response, so went ahead with the price previously agreed to by yourselves.
Following completion of the sale, we also confirmed in writing that any outstanding pitch fees would be deducted from the proceeds, in line with the signed agreement.
At no point have pitch fees been “charged twice” - they were incorporated into the agreed sale price, as outlined in the signed documentation.
We take transparency very seriously and ensure all key terms are clearly communicated and agreed in writing. We would, of course, be happy to continue to go through this with you directly, should you wish to discuss it further.

After a 3 WDLH I can’t say how happy me


After a 3 WDLH I can’t say how happy me and my family are. We stayed in a power meadow pitch which was well marked out and had lots of space for my son to play safely just outside the tent. The toilet block was spotless and always in good order. This is a great place to base yourself to explore the area . Would recommend to anyone looking for a base.

Facilities great

Facilities great, hadn’t realised I’d booked student Butlins weekend
 shouting and music all night, no consideration for others, complaints aren’t answered, they don’t care
 they have you money, no refunds..!

he caravan & the site was incredibly


he caravan & the site was incredibly clean we have never stayed in cleaner accomation & we have caravaned over 100 times! The food in the restaurant was shocking we went on the steak & grill night I had scampi with cold peas & chips which I couldn't eat after trying the scampi. I complained to the bar and the lady said sorry about that & walked away! The only other thing I didn't like is having to pay for swimming when lodges etc don't it does say in the small print. As a retired person I asked what do pensioners pay & was told there ARE NO CONCESSIONS. i HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT IN ANY SWIMMING POOL EVER! Great holiday except the shocking food and the pool issues.

Excellent customer service

I haven't actually stayed at any of these parks but I intended too.
3 days before my booking commenced (and we'll out side any cancellation window) I received an email from the park to say the pool would be closed for part of our stay.
The pool was one of the main reasons we picked this particular park, so I emailed back asking for a cancellation and refund.
Within a short time I received a polite email confirming my cancellation and issue of a full refund.
This no quibble attitude means we will definitely book again (when the pool re-opens) and suggests that this is a company with some integrity. My thanks.

Refunds and rebooking not allowed

We booked a pitch for 2 nights. Our vintage campervan broke down on the way and we were not able to continue our journey. I emailed wdlh immediately to let them know. Wdlh refused to refund or rebook on different dates. As it is not a busy time of year I think this is unreasonable and for customer relations I give 1 star rating.
That's potential repeat business lost.
