Very knowledgeable and capable people lead this company who can quickly help you get started and develop your wealth. They can save you lots of time and save money in the process too.

I actually decided to withdraw from the process of setting up a SSAS with WB due to increasing my knowledge and a slight change in circumstances. I then took a look at the Academy which was excellent but I am already a good way through the pillar building and passive income process. I am lucky to be semi retired and only ‘working’ because I want to. I paid in full to join and what I learnt reinforced the process I am on so I decided to withdraw within the money back period. Throughout the process everyone at WB was very supportive and returned the full amount to me despite it obviously costing them a significant amount of time working with me. I can’t recommend them enough and only wished I had joined 10-12 years ago so that the journey I have been through would have been shorter/easier.

Really impressed with the session I had with Kevin. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and whilst we were not able to progress with the service that was of interest to me, he still took the time to give me a load of invaluable advice and guidance. Thank you.

Really enjoying this podcast series. I really resonate with the insight summarised by Kevin in the episode featuring Ritchie Clapson ‘Become a Property CEO’. The purpose of business is not just to make profits and earn a living but to create recurring cashflow in a business that can work with you; and to use those profits to fuel the life that you want; but also to build assets that produce recurring income streams. In parallel, you can create a Wealth-building business that give you the skills and identity as the CEO of this business so that when you sell or step away from the original business you don’t lose your identity and have a longer term purpose. That’s why I’m on this journey, being mentored by Kevin and tapping into the WB education and community of experts and enthusiasts - to move to financial freedom through to financial abundance and legacy. I would thoroughly recommend joining the Wealth Builders Academy if you are serious about gaining financial independence. Books and online courses only took me so far in my education, but what I was lacking was accountability, community and a structured approach to wealth building. Wealth Builders has given me that.
The course is logical and helps you to build your knowledge in a sequential process which you can follow in your own time.
One to one coaching has been invaluable, where the monthly call keeps you accountable and on track.
The buddy group has also been key for me, where you join a small group of similar minded people at similar stages of progress on the journey.
The Facebook community is another resource which you can contribute and tap into. The people in there are very approachable and helpful.

In 2015 the government started to allow people to access their pension at the age of 55. Only a few weeks later I was at a large property event in Birmingham, where Kevin Whelan was the guest speaker. The timing was amazing as I'd been wondering how I could get the small pot I had.

After consultation and many meetings, we formulated a plan, upon executing there was one of my Pension Companies did not want to play ball, using every tactic they could not to release the funds. This went on for two years but Kevin through his team kept pushing back and won for me in the end. An amazing outcome, I was kept updated during the two years and I knew the level of the battle they fought for me. When someone goes beyond the call of duty it’s refreshing.

In a battle like this you get to know the people you work with, and Kevin has been the only person I’d refer anyone to for help in this area.
Only last month I invited Kevin to speak at my property event here in Belfast, already there was a lady who has followed up and now engaging his services as the advice she was receiving already was wrong.

This is a book you can read in 30 minutes, however, I am sure, like me, you will keep coming back to it. The book to me is a Rich Dad Poor Dad on steroids, it will challenge you and really get you thinking. The C5 on the M4 analogy is excellent. Download it, read it, consume it.

Just completed the DEBIT challenge and had some great results, as gives you solid focus and learning. Would recommend to anyone at any stage of their wealth journey.

The Wealth builders team is a great group of people with a community alongside them that are genuinely committed to the financial independence of their members. There is no hard sell to tie you into something, it is quite the opposite in helping you build the analytical knowledge, skills and network to make informed decisions.

I've gained so much knowledge listening to Podcasts, and then Wealthbuilders educational online courses really helped me forwards. However, after a question I posted in the Facebook page, I didn't expect to get a reply from Kevin offering to help. And then a one to one zoom call with Paul Brooks really put my mind at ease, and giving me clarity, as he explained a strategy or two that will really help me focus on building my SSAS pension. Firstly I would say that without them I wouldn’t have learned about SSAS pensions in the way that I have which itself has led to being able to smartly establish and begin leveraging my own SSAS.
But perhaps more importantly, through both a direct relationship and listening to their various educational podcasts over 2+ years now, I would say that Wealthbuilders has really helped to educate me much more broadly.
They offer lots of new, often inspirational thought-starters for thinking about the art and science of building wealth.
There is never a hard sell and the quality and diversity of their thinking has provided many points of inspiration on my own journey.

My wife and I have been members of Wealthbuilders for just over a year now and during this time we have developed a plan to become financially secure within the next few years. We could not have done this without Wealthbuilders. There is a lot of educational material to get through to start with followed by making sure things like wills and LPOA are in place. We also saved hundreds of pounds by reviewing direct debits and various insurance policies. We decided on property as our main pillar of wealth creation and we now have 2 buy-to-let properties with more on the way. Our excellent coach Ian Halfpenny has been invaluable. I also needed some advice regarding a business proposal and Kevin Whelan was able to give me 1:1 help with this which was extremely useful. This was all part of being a member of this community and it is great to know that should we need any further help there are many trusted partners in Wealthbuilders who are there should we need them. I highly recommend and if you are serious about building recurring income from assets then you can't go wrong with Wealthbuilders.

I've been listening to the podcasts now for 12 months. In February this year I decided to take control of my own financial destiny. I already had some of the pieces of the jigsaw and Wealthbuilders added more pieces, but more importantly, is showing me how to put them together.
