Excellent service! Right through the process the guys were easily contactable, responding to queries etc. The price wasn’t cheap but then what is nowadays?

Chloe and Jasmine at CBS were very helpful and knowledgeable about our Commercial Asset claim. It was all sorted very quickly within a few days and the rebate from HMRC was miraculously quick! Our accountant just needs to use their figures to continue the claim for the coming years too.
Would recommend to others with commercial property to use their services

I was a bit sceptical at first when I heard Complete Capital Allowance could claim tax back on my recently purchased property – it all sounded too good to be true. They offered a free initial check of my eligibility. I only needed to provide some basic documents (purchase price, building details, etc.), and they took care of everything – there were no upfront costs.
The team made the whole process straightforward and easy. The process really was hassle-free. I simply emailed over a few invoices and plans, and their surveyor did everything remotely. I just reviewed their report and signed off, and they filed the claim with HMRC on my behalf.
Within a few weeks, the tax rebate was in my account, just as promised.
My accountant hadn’t mentioned these allowances, but Complete Capital Allowance found thousands of pounds in tax credits that I hadn’t realised I could claim. I had a call off CCA a few months ago. they ran me through the info about tax rebates on Fixtures and fittings at my industrial units. They requested some information on the accounts and sent it to the government for the tax rebate. I received two lump sums of money and one small payment. They charged me around 50% of what I received from the government, but I was happy with the extra cash in my account.

A simple process from start to finish. Put Complete in touch with our accountants and they took everything from there. Complete did all the hard work and delivered on their Tax Rebate promise. The rebate was paid directly into our account via HMRC within days and an agreed percentage and agreed fee paid to Complete after receipt of the rebate from HMRC. Worth the effort! Very happy.

Tom had to unfortunately navigate my curious mind and numerous questions on how this worked and if they were for real. I hunted down a number of their previous customers for references which in all fairness were bigger fish than me but were in of the same opinion as me, not fully expecting it to happen, but it sure did!. I've once before been promised a similar service and they failed miserably but not Tom, he was patient not pushy and allowed me to execute this in such a way I was comfortable with.

Once signed up the money was refunded to me direct from HMRC and it was superfast. I know a lot of businesses in my field of work and I can't rate these guys high enough. Only sad I didn't know about them before. Lee was also a great contact in there too. Keep up the great work!
