Quick and fast delivery, product was fantastic quality.

I love these, they are so comfortable but I am used to the normal leggings that haven’t been in stock in my size for ages! Wish that there were more colours to chose from for example a dark blue. Apart from the colour range they are amazing and they look good with everything they can make an outfit more posh or just casual.

The timing ordered it then it came two days later such good quality love it

I ordered something on the 30th of November. And still I have not received it.
This is because I had to pay about 20 euros in customs, but I was never told I had to(this was after like 15? euros of shipping costs).
Because I didn't know I had to pay it, and never received an invoice or anything, I couldn't possibly pay it and it was automatically sent back. That was around new Christmas. So in January I got fed up and wanted my money back. And they said they couldn't because they haven't gotten the package back? Excuse me? That is on you Disora, it never got to me. So now 3 months later, no package, no money back. It it feeling like a scam to me ..

I have purchased twice with this company returned the items as too big had to chase for the refund on the first occasion, on the 2nd purchase had to return a part shipment over the 10 days since received back chased on 2 occasions no reply, still waiting

I have returned a pair of jeans what I got for my wife for Christmas because they did not fit and she did not like so I asked to be exchange for the Boxer Joggers in midnight. It was all fine with disora so I have returned the jeans on the 03/01/2025 it is now the 23/03/2025 and disora say you have still not received my return but Royal Mail has tried to deliver my return numerous of times I have spoke to Royal Mail today and the return was delivered on the 13/01/2025. Also I have received a emailed from disora today and they said
We can see that your return is en-route back to our warehouse.
Once a return is received back, it will be processed in 5-7 working days.
But it’s says on the tracking it was out for re delivery and delivered on the 13/01/2025 that was 10 days ago! This is not acceptable I have paid for delivery wrote the address disora told me to and I paid for quick delivery. Royal Mail has put it under investigation as it has been delivered just waiting for them to send me the delivery receipt

Considering Perrie Edwards is throwing her name behind this brand you'd think she'd have put more thought into it?

Trying to process returns is an absolute nightmare.

Not only is it completely old school - you have to return it yourself, pay for it yourself, and ensure you've written down the address of the company etc

But it's also very unclear what their policy even is??? You go on the website and it's just stock pages. Example text of what the company *could* write but couldn't be arsed to?

So I had to email them to determine if I could even return these products or not.

Won't be purchasing from these guys again. Trying to sell my stuff on vinted instead of being exploited in this manner. Absolute joke.

Oops Disora did it again, the quality is so premium, the fit, design, this new drop is everything! Please Disora keep going and make more kind of pieces please, men clothes for example (I’m a man lol) I love Disora!
