Leaking roof causing stock damage to almost all brands within the warehouse, unexplained stock losses, multiple health & safety breaches, misuse of machinery due to lack of training or operating licence causing significant stock damage that is frequently concealed from clients, no ability to track stock, no accountability for missing stock, and inaccurate or non-existent inventory records. Fabricated dispatch records indicating orders were sent when they were not. Continuing to trade without declaring insolvency to clients. Avoid at all costs.

Finding a reliable fulfilment partner is so hard but so crucial. Having had previously very negative experiences with other providers, we were recommended We Are Fulfilment.

The team at WAF have all been really helpful during the period of time that they supported me and my business with our fulfilment. Onboarding last (2024) was smooth.

We recently experienced a serious operational issue (2025) involving a batch of mis-picked orders and a delay in stock reconciliation. I raised this with the leadership team and was genuinely impressed with the response.

Richard, one of the co-founders, responded personally with a detailed and transparent breakdown of what went wrong, why it happened, and most importantly—what’s being done to fix it. The root causes were addressed head-on, with clear corrective actions and improvements already implemented, including strengthened leadership and escalation protocols.

It's rare to see such ownership, clarity, and genuine commitment to improvement from a fulfilment partner. Special thanks also to Brenda, Robyn, and Jade from the support team who consistently deliver first-class customer service.

No company is perfect, but how they handle problems says everything—and in this case, I feel confident our trust is being well-placed.

I've been using We Are Fulfilment as my fulfilment warehouse for over a year now, and they have consistently shown me that they are the people to trust with fulfilment! I moved from my own bedroom to their warehouse and have had significant growth since then, and they've handled everything amazingly. There are hardly any pick errors, they are always at the end of the phone or on slack. I've had issues with couriers, deliveries, parcels go missing etc because of external issues and the team are always on hand to help. They always go above and beyond. And also they take their commitments to sustainability very seriously which is super important for my brand. Can't recommend them enough!
