Do not use this company as they do not reply or answer your emails or enquiries.
If you're an employer look to set up a pension fund for your employees then think twice. Your employees may have great difficulty in cashing in their pensions later on.
The staff at Just have a couldn't care less, pass the buck attitude to your enquires/emails. Totally unprofessional

I'm a bit disappointed really. I noticed JUST encourage use of their 'Online Pension Portal', so I thought it would be easy to register online (for ease of viewing my P60 etc), however apparently it doesn't apply to annuity customers! At least that is what I was told when I eventually got through on the phone, how weird!

I have tried to contact via email but they absolutely refuse to answer my email. I have emailed 8 times and they still refuse to answer my email.
They only answer if there is money to be made.
Terrible service. Do not use this lazy useless company.

Superb company, dealt with my application really quickly. I have a family situation so needed to speak to them today , Simon was wonderful , he dealt with my enquiry, and went over and above board to call me back with further assistance.

As a child whose parent took out equity release I would have to suggest you think long and hard about how you feel about your family receiving emails chasing for money within 1 to2 months after you've died.
I got an email 5pm on Thursday right before the Easter Bank Holiday with a reminder that not only my mum is not with is for the holidays but that the remaining balance is due payment in 6 months This is now the 3rd such email chasing for money. What they fail to appreciate is that 1 I am grieving so these emails are really unhelpful and 2 I have no control over the slowness of everything related death. I cannot speed up the process of inherent tax or probate, if I could id have paid JUST to just go away and stop harrising me with emails demanding their money.

Is this hwo you want your family to remember you ???

Terrible company and need to be investigated. Taken thousands and thousands of pounds from my family. Check the small print 0% guarantee payment period which means they keep the lot when your loved one passes away. The refer you to speak to HUB financial for advise but they are HUB financial. Scam company and I hope the owners rot in hell.

I have tried to contact yourself by phone but no answer and have left 2 ring back requests but still no answer. Email went off a few weeks ago and still no reply. My pension was transferred from another company and thought it would be ok but obviously not.

They never respond to your emails. Not even an acknowledgement.
Lazy and irresponsible

We received a wonderful service from Alison who talked us through the process from the beginning. She put us both at ease and was the right person for us.
There was a slight delay at the end of the process but other than that we were satisfied.

So, my pension was transferred into Just. I have received documentation, I cannot create an account ...we'll contact you in a couple of weeks...I cannot change my address, I cannot see the value of the fund and I cannot see fees. How this company talks abut transparency I have no idea at all...avoid

Emails come in from a real person who you can reply to, or have a dialogue with.
Paperwork is always dealt with very promptly and money transferred in a timely manner

Communication is by email for us so haven't interracted with any live staff.
