I have not received a part of my Dota store order, the first part got sent in a week, the last item got stuck as Confirmed.
I checked the status 6 months later and it is still in the same state.

I have written a query in response to the order status update, and after couple days got brushed off to another customerservice team.

After sending e-mail an instant reply pops up saying "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."

What a joke.

These incompetent baboons left me on an automated reply for over a month, and I've sent reminders thrice.

I've been clearly brushed off, it's clearly not a way a customer service team should behave.

I placed an order at the end of Jan and after having no updates by March I emailed, and emailed and emailed.

Zero response and we are now into week 6 from placing the order.
Needless to say I am unhappy with their (lack of) response and next stop will be Trading Standards

Orders arrive late and only after you ask them multiple times what is happening.
One product still hasnt arrived after 6 months, the customer support is ghosting me now.
Never again.
The only upside is that the products have a good quality - but the problems that comes with it, its just not worth it.

Awful company ordered over 3 weeks ago and still no update. Would not recommend.

For stuff they've got in stock I haven't had any issues, but their estimates for pre-orders are extremely off. TI14 pre-orders were shipped in March, but were expected in Mid-Late November last year lol.

Update: Package got lost a few days in transit. Support have been completely silent despite the 3 week + 30 business day time frame elapsing before they can offer oversea order support.

WORST COMPANY TO EXIST. Gaming brands, DO NOT work with them. I placed an order on the DOTA 2 Ti 13 Secret shop, this was in September 2024, it is not February 2025. The order still hasn't been shipped. Everytime I get the generic "we will look into it and get back to you" Utter Bull. First I was told we are on track, they are just waiting for the mousepads. Then another 2 months go by and I follow up, only to be told they can no longer ship to my country??? ONLY WHEN I FOLLOW UP!! HOW DID NO ONE THINK TO CONTACT ME WHEN THEY FOUND THIS OUT?? Then I open a shipping address in the US that will forward to me, literally out of my own pocket. Since then, nothing, follow up after follow up with no helpful response. How can people work with this company?? SHOCKING AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. Tarnishing these game brands

J'ai commandé deux choses sur leur site en même temps en Octobre. Un est arrivé sans problème mais l'autre est arrivé des mois plus tard. J'avais demandé à cause de ce retard de modifié l'adresse pour qu'il parvienne chez mon frère c'était son cadeau de Noël. Ca n'a pas été fait et du coup je l'ai reçu en France alors que mon frère est en Irlande. Je leur ai demandé d'en renvoyer chez mon frère pour régler leur erreur. Des semaines que j'attend des réponses de leur support. Ils m'envoient un mail une fois tous les 10 jours...

Nu er der snart gået 2 mdr. og jeg har stadig ikke modtage de trøjer jeg har bestilt. Pengene er blev trukket, det gjorde de med det samme.
Jeg har kontaktet kundeservice flere gange. Fik at vide at de ville vende tilbage når de vidste hvad der skete med min ordre, det gjorde de så ikke. Kontaktede dem igen, fik at vide at at de var i rastordre og ville blive sende om 2 uger. Det er så 4 uger siden og intet er sket.

Suspecting this website to be a scam! The claim to have sent a package, received a tracking number, but the tracking code says still waiting for the package to be delivered to the transporter.
