Love these! Didn’t want sticky and overly sweet flapjacks so looked for other options. These hit the spot perfectly for rides and taste great too!

Tried the bars, they're not for me. I emailed to request a refund under their guarantee, no response, sent a follow up email a week later, still no response.

However, following this review the company telephoned me and it turned out the emails were accidentally marked as spam so hadn't been received.

They're going to work with the IT department to ensure this doesn't happen to customers in the future and are honouring their 30 day guarantee.

While the product wasn't for me, and contacting them ended up being more difficult than I would have liked, I am pleased with the service I received once I was finally able to speak with them.

Simply put, they taste great and are not full of crap. I’ve eaten MANY bars over the past 10 years I’ve been doing triathlons and cycling. These bars are not in the mainstream category. I would never return to the high sugar rubbish we are fed by big brands. Buy these. The chocolate orange flavour is the best.

Would love a bigger bar!

Got a limited box of OGT with blackcurrant for my Edinburgh->Kilcreggan bike packing trip (and beyond). Very happy with the bars, tasty, easy to digest, right sizing. I'm just about to order some more. Love the no-packaging concept.

Having just completed a 6 hour training session in preparation for an Ironman, your blackcurrant OGT bars were an absolute delight during my bike. Please make them a permanent line !!

My most favourite energy bar, very convenient format and amazing flavours! I hope that the blackcurrant flavour will be available on subscription eventually. The lemon flavour is also a great winner after the cherry bakewell flavour. Am addicted!

First time of trying them, on a 50 plus mile ride, on a very hot day. Really easy to eat and digest, pleased with the way the product held together in a back pocket with all the heat!

I like that you can take a bite then simply put it back in your pocket or whatever and it doesnt degrade or become crumbly and there are no wrappers to worry about.
An all round excellent product with lots of flavours to choose from. At least one will be to your liking I'm sure.

I contacted OGT to validate some nutrition data as there was a slight discrepancy between the website and the data in the box. Within the space of a couple of hours they had responded, validated the website was slightly out of date, corrected the website, thanked me for raising the question and offered + sent a box of bars as a thank you for helping them. A really fantastic experience which reflects well on the team at OGT all while delivering a great and ethical product. Thank you.

I've been using these bars since August 2024 and continue to be amazed by the quality and flavour. I have a sensitive stomach and an environmental passion and both are served well by OGT.
The one off flavours and selection box satisfy my taste buds and give me the carb energy boost I need to fuel my adventures. 100km Ride the Night completed OGT powered! Thank you, great product.

Excellent product, first tried these out last season. I really like the fact that there is no wrapper to open, dispose of or to enable you (if your rubbish at riding a bike like me) to crash.
The edible coating on the bars is even better than it was before and the flavours are excellent.
Top quality customer services. Would and do recommend to anyone who will listen.

Taste great and they really work how they’re meant to - wrapper free and easily stowed in my tights pocket on a long run. Went down well on the run too.

Have to admit I was a little sceptical going in but the variety box was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent snack for runners or cyclists.
I looked into them as a possible option as as a Trail and OCR runner.

Can see them working on the trails, but not sure how they'd do on an OCR where I'm likely to get regularly immerses in muddy water.

Wax coating can be a little disconcerting at first and while moist the oats can feel a little dry compared to wrapped bars. But definitely a worthwhile tradeoff if you want to be able to just grab something from your pocket and stick it in your mouth.

Site is easy to navigate.
Delivery was prompt.
Most of the flavours are great and hope to see more options in future.

But quirky, but the variety box is good value and worth investigating.

Been using these bars for well over a year now on subscription they are so convenient to have whilst out riding just slip them in the back pocket no worry about unwrapping whilst on the go. Easy to eat and I find I have taken them to work as a snack now as well chocolate orange is definitely my favourite

Love this product, easy fuel for cycling. But, my last order arrived with the box clearly empty and re-wrapped with no product. A quick email and another box has been sent out and they will take it up with Royal Mail themselves.

Excellent customer service and Product!!!

The Chocolate Brownlee bars are really nice! Genuinely tasty. The beeswax covering is very neutral and doesn't affect the taste at all. Given I generally find running fuel food pretty disgusting (gels, chews etc) this was a great tasty alternative. Nice to be able to add in some solid food rather than relying just on gels. My order was stolen (nothing to do with OGT) and customer service were responsive, super helpful and supportive. When the wrong flavour was sent they were also very quick to replace. Hope to continue using OGT products!

I’m a cyclist for my regular exercise and I thought I’d give OGT a try… I’m so glad I did because these are great fuel for my rides. They taste great! I bought the variety box of 12 so I’m establishing my favourite flavours… so far, Cherry Bakewell, Lemon and Chocolate Orange Brownie are winning so my next subscription box will be edited to suit my fave flavours. Highly recommend for you runners or cyclists or any exercise you need refuelling for! Well done team OGT!
