Thanks for your feedback, we're sorry to hear your tag didn’t work as expected. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have with Petch.

Our tags are built to be simple, durable, and easy to set up - but if something went wrong, we’d really like the chance to fix it. Just pop us a message at hello@wearepetch.com.

While AirTags work well for some, many of our 750+ customers love that Petch doesn’t require charging, syncing, or a specific device to be found - just a quick scan from any smartphone.

Our tags are designed to be lightweight, stylish, and paired with a digital pet profile that can be updated anytime. Many of our 700+ customers have found it a helpful layer of security if their pet ever goes missing.

We’re sorry to hear you were unaware of the subscription. We do clearly display the ongoing monthly cost throughout the website and also at checkout before the order is completed, as transparency is important to us. That said, we understand how easy it can be to miss details online, and we appreciate you raising your concerns.
