I had a truly positive experience working with Uncapped Ltd, and I want to especially thank Simon Fonseca for his outstanding support. From the very beginning, Simon was professional, approachable, and proactive in keeping me updated. His communication style is clear, reassuring, and personable—he managed to turn what could have been a stressful process into something smooth and worry-free.

Very disappointing experience with Uncapped.

Every 6 months, I am approached and asked to connect my bank feed to their system, which feels unnecessary and intrusive. Despite multiple interactions, I have never received any meaningful financial support or outcome.

In my view, the process seems to benefit them more than the customer. I was not comfortable with the level of data access being requested, especially without any clear value in return.

I have decided not to engage with them going forward. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider what data they are being asked to share before proceeding.

Uncapped customer service is always great!
In comparison with other companies, they respond to you within a few hours and you can expect to communicate with them via email, a few times a day. They are polite, friendly and won't end communication till they answered all your questions. Their rates are also amazing and you pay every 2 weeks. What an excellent experience.

Honestly the best line of credit lender there is. Iv tried several and always want to come back to uncapped when I have the chance. Process is super simple, fee is low with payments spread out over a longer duration. You wont see that with anyone else!

We needed funding for our business. As sellers on Amazon, capital is key for success. It was only natural that after selling on Amazon for many years and producing steady income, we will use one of Amazon's lending partners and rely on our performance history as the grounds for applying for funding. The process was taking a bit longer than usual, however I like the fact that everything was done electronically. We didn't need to submit any paperwork. Instead, we hooked our bank accounts and other revenue sources directly to the lender's portal and they drew the data from there. I had a zoom meeting with Roxanne who was very clear about the process, the expectations, the timeline, and the things they need from us in order to get an approval. Roxanne's communication and follow-ups were prompt and efficient. She also spoke about building trust as a way to strengthen our business relationship and make future funding opportunities available to us. After the due diligence was over, we received the agreements electronically and signed them. We received the funds shortly after and are now in the process of allocating them to the right purpose and repaying our loan.

I wasn't asked when Uncapped took over the business I had with SellersFi. I never had a problem with SellersFi. But with Uncapped. A major one. A problem that eliminates all business opportunities with them.
My business banking in a local credit union's hands, and Uncapped is incapable to connect to my bank account due to their flawed integration of Plaid's service.
I opened a new business banking account with a different bank, and connected this one successfully to Uncapped, using Plaid. Only to receive an email from them, they ONLY accept a connection to the bank account at my local credit union - the one they can't connect to due to technical problems. They are aware of these problems and promise me for the last 5 months to fix them, but nothing has ever changed.
