Product is a great concept however two pieces are quite short. I’m older and need a longer fit.

Website was easy to use, my size for the product was easy to determine and accurate, and the product itself is phenomenal. The price point makes it a bit of an investment for me, but well worth it—I plan to order more. The way that this undershirt manages sweat and body odor is incredible. The armpit padding is thin enough that you don’t notice it at all once it’s on, and I have significantly less noticeable sweat marks whenever I’m wearing it. It also traps odor entirely—when I take off my outer layer at the end of the day, the pits might be damp but there’s no smell at all. It’s crazy. (And then you take off the undershirt and it’s like oh yeah, there definitely was plenty of odor, but it’s all trapped inside the armpit pads. Incredible. I’ve needed this for years.) The way the sleeves are designed to be seamless means it really is not visible underneath other clothing, even a fitted shirt, and I really appreciate the extra length in the torso—it tucks neatly and securely into any pants or skirt that I wear, and it also helps keep whatever I’m wearing over it in place so I don’t need to keep tucking my shirt back in all day. Again, it’s definitely an investment—I can’t afford to purchase any more right away—but it’s well made and I foresee each undershirt lasting me a good long while with the proper care (and it’s going to take an awful lot of stress off of things like sweaters that I’m nervous about laundering every time I wear them, because I won’t need to wash them as often).

Ordering was quick and quality is good. I wish the top was a bit longer though.

Shipping took just a tad bit long but it was within the estimate. These products work very well and are super soft. Worth the money to not be sweating through my shirt

The products seem nice; the service and return policy, not so much... I wanted to do an exchange for a too-small item. I got an email when they received the return but heard nothing about the replacement being shipped, so eventually followed up two weeks later. They said the item I'd requested was out of stock, so I chose another. The customer service rep confirmed this but then went incommunicado. I followed up three times trying to get an update on the replacement shipment before I gave up and went to my credit card company to have the charge reversed. Not worth the trouble!

Great products, on-time delivery. These scoop neck undershirts feel wonderful and warm from the first try-on.

I tried to exchange two undershirts (they size small) and after sending them back in the original packaging (the company did send me a label), the company has ghosted me. I have sent multiple voicemails and emails and no response. So I paid for two shirts that they kept. As a result, I don’t recommend buying anything from this site.

Arrived on time good quality

this turtleneck is lightweight and fits snug. i recommend buying your size or sizing up. it is great for layering.

I recently bought the blouse and undershirt and they pair perfect together. My office dress code is business formal and the blouse works great. You can’t see the undershirt through the blouse and it protects well from sweat stains so no need to wash often. Will be buying in more colors!

Numi is high quality but also expensive. There are other services out there that are just as high in quality, but for less $$$. Numi does have cuts that other brands don't offer and that is why I'm coming back to Numi. It's sad that the shirts also don't last very long in terms of the life cycle of the filters, particularly for the price tag.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from this company!

Extremely poor customer service. 1 month after my order, no despatch email. I sent a note and was told something was out of stock but it was still showing on the website. Offered a solution from Numi, but then they shipped something I didn't order that I didn't want. I have sent 4 emails and they've stopped replying.

The product is great. I was disappointed in a service request I made. One day after I ordered the T-shirt, I received an email for 25% off the same product I had just bought at full price. I respectfully requested a price adjustment and it was denied with the statement that Numi does not do that. Bad business, I believe, as I could have ordered another at 25% off and returned the first when I received it, but I chose not to do that. Instead, I will choose to purchase elsewhere in the future. Also don't understand why it takes two+ weeks to receive the order.

Comfortable and perfect to wear under any top or sweater

I love the NUMI undershirts. I wear formal clothing for my career, which means lots of dry cleaning. I love that the undershirts allow me to get more wear out of my sweaters and suits in between cleanings. Plus, I feel very comfortable in them! Help keep me warm!

Their return policy is really deceiving. You only get a refund if your items had been 0 - 19% discounted. But they lure you in from Instagram with a 20% discount, and then - if you don't read the fine print and be VERY careful - you're stuck with a store credit.
Also pay attention to the default settings, they will select "Exchange" instead of "Return" and "Store Credit" instead of "Refund" - this is called a dark pattern in tech. Awful. Won't buy again.
