I saw mixed reviews on pepper bras. I decided to try it anyways because my boobs aren't super small but they are teardrop shaped so majority of my breast tissue is at the bottom which creates the annoying gap in most standard bras. I got a balconette style bra in a 36B and after shipping it came to a little over a hundred bucks. I was pleasantly surprised when I put it on because it fit well and actually made me look fuller on top which I am not used to. Ive never had a bra that actually fit before. Theres no gap, its quite comfortable and flattering. It feels very feminine. I generally wouldn't spend that much for one article of clothing but I feel it was worth it for the quality and overall fit of the product on me. I would recommend this brand for women with more natural fullness underneath that get a gap with regular bras.

I had a solid experience with them in 2021 so I came back again in 2026 - but to a DRASTIC DECREASE in product quality. Like night and day drastic. I was so disappointed because when I previously purchased from them I did actually really enjoy the fit. Now it’s back to the search for the perfect brand.

Ik kocht 2 setjes waarvan de bh geen ‘padding’ maar wel beugels heeft, heel vrouwelijk. Helemaal niet makkelijk te vinden in kleine maten. En ik ben laaiend enthousiast, dit is m’n nieuwe go-to merk!
- Perfecte pasvorm, sluit mooi aan en de maattabel klopt! Ik moet eerlijkheidshalve zeggen: ik deed hun maat-test en kocht eerst een bh op Vinted in die maat (vanuit BE niet makkelijk retourneren naar US en dure verzendkosten) maar de maat was effectief perfect, dus bestelde ik meer. (Vanaf ongeveer 2setjes vallen verzendkosten toch weg)
- Hoge kwaliteit, heel mooi afgewerkt, niets op aan te merken
- Heel comfortabel
- Super customer service: ik kreeg binnen het uur antwoord en probleem was onmiddelijk opgelost!
- Mijn bestelling werd 1of2 dagen na bestelling verzonden en werd na 1 week al geleverd.

I have purchased a total of 11 bras now. My favorites are the "Supima cotton wirefree" (2) and the "Limitless scoop wirefree" (2). They are incredibly comfortable for work and lounging. When it gets warmer, the "FeelGood wirefree T-shirt" (3) enters my regular rotation, as well. The "Classic all you" (1) is pretty comfortable and great for summer but after a while the underwire irritates me. I have a "Supima cotton lift up" and a "Boost lift up strapless" as well. The strapless has been for special, dress-up occasions and the cotton lift has an underwire that I'm not a fan of. Last I have the "Zero-G wirefree lift up" that I can wear longer than the underwire lift ups but it is uncomfortable after a while, as well. I think I need to try adjusting it differently. I'm very happy I found a company that makes bras that actually fit me! It's a game changer to have clothes that fit and encourage self confidence 🙌

Most amazing bras I have ever bought. I have live most my life in sports bras because nothing ever fit or was comfortable. Finally I can love my body and feel feminine in it. Cannot wait to buy more.

There is no thing as customer service for pepper bras. When you leave an email, you are replied back by AI - not a person, just a "blow you off" tactic. I ordered, paid with an electronic pepper gift card, can't track the order and also can't access my gift card to see if this company took the cost away from my gift card balance. For as much as they charge, you'd think they would at least have a phone number that you can call. Believe me I tried, but according to google, there is no number to call. Just an email that gets answered by AI. Don't waste your time, money or gift card on this company. Seriously disappointed!

always a great shopping experience with pepper since my very first purchase, they go above and beyond with their products and customer service. I will continue to shop at pepper as long as the girls need a roof over their heads!

I tried to return 2 items. I requested the refunds at different times from the same order and this generated two return labels. I figured it would be easiest to put the items in the same package since they were from the same order, however this complicated things. They gave me a refund for one of the items. The other item they have not located and since it's not in their possession, I have not gotten a refund. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they keep saying they need to receive it at the warehouse, which is understandable, but it's been over a month now. Every time I email them they give me the same answer that it needs to be located at the warehouse and attach a link at the end of their email to sell new items. I'm starting to think I will never get my $50 back because of a simple mistake and lack of help on their end. Plus I honestly think it's lost now. I'm displeased with the customer service. And no I don't want to buy the newest greatest and latest when I'm trying to get my refund.

The lift up bra is perfect for me. The sizing chart gave me the right size and fit. They do what they promise: a bra that lifts and is also super comfortable and no gaping. So happy I found them. Pricey but worth it!

I got the Zero-G Wirefree Lift Up Bra in Buff as part of the Lifted & Loved Bundle. I love that it fits so well (no gaps) and that it is so comfortable. It does not have wires but somehow it is still able to give the look and support of a lift. Highly recommend!

Sizing is not accurate. They increase the band size without telling the customer. Also they are known for deleting and blocking bad reviews on their website and social media. So all the positive stuff you see is completely biased. The bad reviews are just deleted.

One star is too much. Purchased an item on December 4th (needing it for Christmas) and still no sign on January 2nd. The tracking says it’s in the Netherlands. Absolute joke in terms of service.

I’ve purchased from Pepper several times. It’s the only bra brand I’ll wear now. Fantastic quality and no gaps. I’ve also purchased some of their swimwear and was happy with that. Next on my list is to purchase their lingerie. Looking forward to pieces that hug me well and make me feel extra feminine. Highly recommend.

It is very hard for me to find bras that fit as I have a large band size but a very small cup size so I had a lot of hope for Pepper. The quality is low for the price they charge. The fabric is thin and the padding is too. For the styles with wires, I am scared they are going to puncture the fabric after one wash. The fit is generally okay, I do have no cup gaps but for the lift up styles, there is no lift at all. It just feels like a standard amount of padding for a regular bra. They do have a return policy for customers in Canada, but good luck trying to reach customer service if there's anything you'd like to return. They also are not upfront about what bras are final sale, and you will only find out when you try to return one. I had only bought one final sale item (that I was made aware of before checkout), but when I tried to return something, it turns out I had 3 final sale items which weren't reflected before I purchased, or in my order confirmation. Wish there was more transparency about that or at least I wish their customer service was better. I will not be ordering again.
