Scam. I was charged after using the Trainline website and accidentally clicking on a banner. I never entered my details on their site and never signed up to anything but in a reply to my e-mail complaint they told me I entered my address from a drop-down list and entered my card details! So I don't even get a refund either.
Checking my bank account and realised they've been taking £18 out, never gave them authorisation.
I was charged £18 by this company , I have no connection to this company , however I think it’s linked to a recent purchase of airline tickets and hotel bookings . I did not authorize this payment and have no knowledge of interacting with this company
