I've been using Z.com for almost 4 years now and every time I encountered any issues on my end, their support team is so very helpful. I remembered Emely who helped me set up my domain and website access and was very patience giving me all the instructions. For years, I relied on GoDaddy for managing my domain names. However, a chance encounter with Z.Com on my Facebook wall introduced me to a game-changing alternative. well, first thing you'll notice is that z.com has an old webhosting interface, while other web host have modern UI, Z.com don't put all fancy things makes it simple and easy to manage.

if you know what you are doing and know where to go in an hosting, navigating is easy peasy.

I find the domain is cheaper. I purchased a dotSITE domain, added it to my Google Site, and after a few minutes, it was verified, and my website is searchable afterwards.
I love the Customer Service. I messaged them through ticketing for clarifications about my setup since I'm not very techy (I just followed Google Site's instructions), and I received a response after 1 hour and 36 minutes. I thought I would receive the response after a day or two or more, since my concern is not so important. But I was wrong. Thank you Z.com
