This company has sold me two Beauty…
This company has sold me two Beauty devices now that do not work. The first device I bought from them when they were selling on eBay and they were very difficult to exchange the device when I got it and it did not work. It was a $600 device and when I reported it did not work once I received it. They ghosted me until I told them I was going to report them to eBay and then all of a sudden they wanted to do the right thing. Flash forward they sent me Two more devices as I agreed to buy a second device that they were selling that I had wanted. This time I spent $865 for the two devices and only one of them actually works. They have asked me repeatedly to send them videos of the device which I have and it shows that it does not work, however they respond by saying to me that it does work. I want people to know that this company is based in China and they will sell you very expensive devices that do not work and then ghost you if you request an exchange or a refund. When it came to the second device, not working I reached out and said I was going to report them to eBay and they did not care because they are no longer selling on eBay as the company I bought the device from. They’re probably operating from a different company name at this juncture, which is not their name which is called We beauty. You can see on their website. They have a bunch of really wonderful sounding devices but be aware that if you buy one, you have a 50-50 chance that it will work and then if it does not work, they will ghost you and you will be out the money. I am writing this review on Trey pilot as a last resort to try and notify the public about them as well as to get them to do the right thing
