My experience working with webfactory was excellent from the very first call through to the final sign off of my website. No question was a problem and the team are super helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with webfactory. I love my new website so could not be happier!

Creative and responsive designers - a job well done!

Becky's website design shows such empathetic lovely artistry that faithfully reflects my songs style! She was highly professional and attentive to liaising sensitively with me for every single stylistic detail. Today and previously Gia even further enhanced this professional empathy, making a few subtle changes to my Home Page text when sought by me and showing true skill and exceptional helpfulness.

We've been a loyal customer with Webfactory, managing two websites with them, and are extremely disappointed with their hidden fees and lack of transparency.
Despite paying monthly for both sites, they decided to charge an additional £49 + VAT to remove their own company logo from our website a logo that was never requested to be added. After we questioned this, the fee was suddenly reduced to £39 + VAT, which shows there’s no consistent pricing and customers are charged whatever they decide.
When we contacted customer service, We were told the logo is added so Webfactory can promote their own business. This is completely unfair considering we have already paid for the website and continue to pay a monthly fee.
Our business should not be expected to promote the Webfactory brand, especially when we’re being asked to pay extra just to have it removed!
There is no mention of this charge in their terms and conditions, making it feel deceptive and misleading. Unexpected costs like this are both frustrating and harmful.
We do not recommend Webfactory to anyone who values transparency, fairness, and good customer service.
