I’ve worked with Webgravita for over two years and collaborated with many team members, but Alan Parker truly stands out. I met Alan during a critical moment—midway through a full website revamp after my previous designer was let go. I was stressed and exhausted from constant transitions, but Alan immediately listened, reassured me, and took ownership of the project.

Not only did he help me meet my launch deadline, but he also brought fresh, creative ideas that elevated the entire site. I trusted his vision so much that I delayed the launch to allow him to fully bring it to life—and it was absolutely worth it. Alan worked tirelessly, kept the project on track, and followed up when I was unavailable to ensure we stayed on schedule. His effort goes above and beyond, which is rare. I couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to continuing to work with him.

This company and their agents are professional scammers. I have sent an email to them to at least refund 50% of $2,100 they took from me without designing or delivering any website to me, so that i can look for a professinal and experienced company to design my website. They literally ignored my message but they will come to my review page to say confirm the issue has been resolved. This is a typical behavior of fraudsters and scammers. They do not have a required experience to design website. They are very deceptive and crook in nature. This is to warn anybody who is looking for a company to design websites for their business not to send your money to these people. They will pressurize you on their first call to send money. They will present a website designed by another company to decisive you. They are thieves, liars, unprofessional, scammers, and desperate people who always looking to take advantage of vulnerability of people who are genuinely looking for company to design website for their small businesses. They will steal your business ideas and mess up project also defraud you. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM. BEFORE YOU TAKE A DECISION. GO TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE TO READ ABOUT NUMEROUS PEOPLE THEY HAVE SCAMMED AND THAT HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM.

I'm 76 years old and not very tech-smart at all I needed help with changes to links on my website because I was switching selling my book from Amazon to selling it from my website Chris Jones and his team at Web Gravita were s o-o-o-o patient and so helpful and their prices were better than any of the other web designers I had contacted I will be needing more design work on my website as I add more products and services in the future and definitely will be using Chris and his team again!
