That is the most disappointing experience I had for years. We bought a managed Nextcloud instance at WebHosting4U.gr. At the beginning evething was fine. After we reached the top of the quota, and we wanted an upgrade to a higher quota, we were offered a new setup from the scratch instead just making the quota bigger. Now the situation is: we cannot put any file, because we reached the quota. We can't delete any file, because… Nobody answers our e-mails for three weeks! We also cannot download bigger files because error in configuration. Our contact in WebHosting is Lefteris Skoulas. Beware that company.

I recently find Webhosting4U and they have excellent knowledge of their service! Lefteris is willing and very capable!
