Working closely with Ryan and Rick to help build a medical device website. They were awesome to work with, helped me with all my change requested, and we're easy to get ahold of when needed.
I'm going to work with them closely with many other projections I might need.

This company is very professional and very patient explaining everything that was needed to make my website. They respond within a few days when I have questions again and again. The work is excellent

They did simplify my website as per my request. There were some adjustments that had to be made, but working directly with the web builder, we were able to get everything where it needed to be. Good work!

They have a quick turnaround time and are very responsive for updates needed on the website. The website looks great and provides the correct content to relay to our customers. They have went above and beyond the expectation and we enjoy working with Sean and Connor.

If you choose web innovates, be sure to understand the process of what you actually need. As inexperienced users looking for a website, every add on felt like a hidden cost. And because they can do all things web related, it only makes sense that they want to position themselves to do it for you.

For example: On our initial call to talk about the website they tried to sell us on running ads and running our social media.

Client clarity of the process and what is truly needed to get from A to Z would go a long way in client experience.

We would’ve preferred the experience of paying more and receive Over-delivery.

Bottom line, they do good work. Could improve client experience.
