they are bunch of scammers. Do not trust this company for your website needs. Took the money and never responded or created a website based on the needs stated during the call.

I have tried to contact 4 people to help with security of my website. The programmers never put up any security against spammers. Now that I am asking for help after months of dealing with spam, no one at AWN will respond. There seems to be something very shady going on at this company.

Worst experience ever! At first James was helpful and responded back quickly. But when things go wrong then there is no response. When my site got a virus and site was down several days James refused to acknowledge and lied about it being fixed despite the sent from google search console. When they put some posts on social media they did not follow directions I said no sales, so when they posted services with prices I told them to stop several times but they did anyway. They acknowledged their mistake and said they would refund $599.00 but never did and then later said never said that. they also refused to transfer my domain with out signing a release of responsibility for the virus from their service and refused to fix. They made several mistakes from the start including messing up my facebook page I told them I wanted to keep my personal page separate but put the logo on both pages which I did not want. And then they also purchased a domain but spelled my name wrong even after correcting them on the spelling. In the website they only gave me a shell with some content but in the coding there was no meta discription for the site which is standard for websites and not a extra. they did not fix. There was also supose to be a cart so people could purchase my services but it never worked as constantly got error message no payment options available. Use this company at your own risk! They do not honor refunds even when promised and will make abusive threats

The overall experience was amazing. From the initialization of our conversations, to the great support provided for every small detail that I like paying attention to. Webitronics delivered on time, the product that I wanted and were never shy of improving/modifying/changing something upon my requests. They are simply professional.

Great design team and quick turn around on all projects and request. With their help we have improved our google search results. My company is depended on them for quite some time now and we have been doing business with them for over 10 years. I was searching online for someone to help me with a website I bought years ago but didn’t know where to turn. I found Webitronics and glad I did. Nick and his team moved my Ecom store to Wordpress and loaded some products for me. They were professional and did what I asked of them. Great group of people! Would work with again.

SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND SCAM. STEAL YOUR MONEY! AND GET MAD AT YOU!

This company does not care about you. I was new to E-commerce and had just started with a business I was having trouble with my product because it has to do with cannabis and tobacco so running ads was hard on Facebook. So I turned to online and found this company. I told someone named Mark about my dropshipping and e-commerce and told him that if his marketing team had a better product that would generate more sales to please use that. I was essentially willing to pay for the service and let them build me a store and find the products. So I had purchased a 6 month social media marketing plan. Right away I knew something was wrong. For Mark did not listen to anything I said. He continued with the product I already knew was having problems when I tried to advertise because of it being related to tobacco. They then created a 1 month social media Calendar for me and the month of July. Then I noticed they were not posting anything the whole month of July, and guess decided not to tell me. So for 3 weeks I was reassured I would be getting sales for the store every week. After the the 3rd week I had enough. I told Mark I wanted a refund, and he convinced me their was a problem with the Facebook page, because the product is related to tobacco which is what I already knew and which is why from the start I told this Mark guy I did not want to do this product. He convinced me to trust and so I did give them another chance. They finally started posting a social media calendar. But after 2 months I still had not gained a single sale. After spending $1,000 I had enough. Terrible communication. I had no idea what my money was being used for. Working in e-commerce myself I realized $1,400 for a service like this is completely overpriced. Then I wanted a refund. My project was 6 months long and according to their policy, after 48 hours you can request a full refund, and so because my project had never been even completed, since it was for 6 months, and it had only been 2.5 months, I requested a refund. This was also extremely difficult. At first mark would not give me any refund, and even HUNG UP on me after I told him, I do not like this project, I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t know what my money is being used for, there is no communication, I’m DONE. He refused so I contacted support at webitronics.com they had sent me to someone named James. We settled on a half refund which still is unfair because they state refund guarantee, yet I was not being guaranteed anything. Anyways after settling for $500 I had further questions, but then no responds from James anymore. I emailed him again and again several times. It has been over 1.5 months now and still no response. He is acting like a child and now is ignoring me so that he doesn’t have to refund me for the terrible service provided.

So this company has robbed me of my money. I am In contact with a a debt collector and a lawyer, and am going to try and get my money back.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I have lost $1,000 and don’t even have the business anymore because of this company.

Having Dale as a project manager of the Harmony Home Care Agency website was the best choice I made. He was making a great design, the content of the website is polished and professional. The website is fascinating to read, informative. If you looking for a Website project manager, Dale is the best.

I got in touch with Webitronics with a purpose to build my E-Commerce website for the Auto-parts and their services. Webitronics Team picked up and understand the scope of assignment really quick as they have done similar projects earlier as well. When the final version of website came to me, it really got me amazed!!! The product categorization, listing, smart search tab, promotional flyers, query form, online booking etc etc........ each and everything thing was in properly functional and beautifully arranged to bring the customers a user-friendly interface on their screens. So just want to say my Kind Regards for such a timely, responsibly, effectively and reasonably executing the web-designing task for my website.
