I had a very bad experience here

I had a very bad experience here. I joined as a Business Development trainee, and before joining I clearly informed the HR department that I would need at least one month’s leave for my final semester exams. They agreed at that time. But after joining, when the exam dates were announced and I asked for the leave, they completely denied what they had promised earlier and even claimed that I had never mentioned it. Because of this situation, I had no option but to resign on my own, even though I didn’t want to. The so-called “open door policy” here is just for show—no one from the management actually supports you.😡😡😡
