I agree with the majority of these clients. such a bad experience, just like all the others. It took them almost 2 years to get my website done.
At Website Design Valley,I lost so much money Natasha kept stringing me along. I couldn’t get a payout because this or because of that I need to pay more for another package and then no you can’t get a payout unless you pay for this package, etc..
We should all ban together and call the FBI.
Never come here to Website Design Valley . This is where your website comes to die. You go into a deep hole of debt, etc.

Horrible experience! They dont know whats customer service. They never answer my call or email. My website is still not delivered. Its been 1.5 years.

I first encountered "Website Design Valley" via Thumbtack. They revamped my website. Michael was the one who initiated the call and claimed they produced good work. From the beginning I had challenges. They made it where it was hard to make any changes to the website without needing them. They charged extra money for everything -- things that seemed frivolous. They told me I could get a maintenance plan to make simple changes to the website, $750. The original quote was far from what I paid. Because they made it so difficult to make changes to my website, I had to reach out to them if I want to make changes or updates.

I reached out to them again in August 2025 to purchase a six-month website maintenance plan for $750 and again in September 2025 to develop a custom resume builder. My initial point of contact was Michael Brown and Jerry Harper.

On September 4, 2025, I was informed the cost would be $2,450–$2,800, with a 20% discount, bringing the total to $1,960. The total project cost was $2,710, with a promised completion timeline of 10 business days - it's now mid- December and nothing has been completed NOR can I reach anyone. Their number was out of service.

I made the first payment of $1,355 on September 5, 2025. From the start, the project was delayed. I later worked with Ozhran. Each time, the work presented did not align with my requirements. Communication was inconsistent, deliverables did not match the requested scope, and the project fell significantly behind schedule.

Despite raising concerns, my complaints received little response. I was pressured to make the second payment, with the explanation that developers needed to be paid. I paid an additional $700 on November 12, 2025. After this payment, communication ceased entirely. Calls and texts to Jerry Harper and Ozhran went unanswered, and multiple company phone numbers were disconnected, including Michael Brown’s.

I filed a dispute with PayPal and requested an investigation. Subsequently, an individual from a company called Web Dichotomy—an entity I had never engaged with—contacted me. I again requested to speak with Michael Brown, who later emailed me regarding my complaint, but never called. I formally requested a refund due to missed deadlines, poor communication, and failure to deliver the agreed-upon product. I have received no response since. NO COMMUNICATION, NOTHING!

Further research revealed that this business operates under multiple names, including Krazy Lab Design, Dot Business, Kinatech Business, Web Dichotomy, AND who know what else. Based on my experience and publicly available reviews, I believe this company engages in deceptive practices. They lie to customers, provide crappy service, can't produce the deliverables, change their number, don't return calls, and ghost you. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE, MAKE A COMPLAINT AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATED. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

I have paid these jokers over 10k for a website that was to be completed within an 8 week time frame. It’s been over 6 months! Charge after charge, all sudden with no forethought or forewarning. They need money “urgently” at every turn.
The website they tried to get me to accept is not nearly what I paid for, in fact it does not work properly at all. And they want 7k more for “marketing”. FYI-they were “acquired” by another company, Logo Valley Pro. This charming company had a man who said he was “Attorney Daniel Mark” and even showed a license number for the California bar. Well I found the real Daniel Mark who is, in fact, a California attorney. He wrote to me and told me he has nothing to do with this company and advised me to report them. I worked with one man, Nathan James, who seemed to be sincere and I saw what I thought were signs of progress. However, he was just very skilled at convincing me he would “take care of everything”.and would “be there at all times” for me. This company is such bad news… it is a total horror show. They use fake names like Judy Cinderella, David Hall, and a host of others. After this review posts, I’m sure the names of those above as well as Kevin Parker and Chris Jordan will change. I really don’t know who is real over there and who is not. I am 72 and, fortunately in CT we have a very aggressive Elder Protection Program. I’m using every tool at my disposal, federal and state, to expose this company. They are both inept and unscrupulous. Stay away from this company for your own protection.

This is my second review and I would give them negative 100. I have paid them over $5000 to date and now they won't even talk to me as I won't give them an additional $2000 for more security. They used up what I paid as they were building it and want more. I said, when it is finally working I will pay. My site has never worked and this is going in to my 3rd year. So I have lost all my money and they are holding my site hostage.

Ordered 2 websites, NEVER RECEIVED and the best part when i asked for a refund, Judy the Manager told me she could not give me a refund because she is a woman trying to feed her family and it would come out of her salary!!!

What about me the customer that paid for services never rendered! WOW What customer service!

I had THE WORST experience as a start up. I hired these jokers initially to design my logo, then I went ahead made the mistake to buy a package that included logo design and Website design. At the moment of publishing my website they started to pull out unexpected expenses out of the rabit hat. I ended up investing thousands of dollars with this company. They kept offering services after services without completing a project. After I put my foot down and made it clear that I was not going to continue investing in unrequested services, they started giving me the turn around in regard my paid off projects and were taking forever to do updates and corrections.

I stumbled with negative reviews about this "Consultants" and all of them resonated with my experience. I realized they were delaying the corrections on my project so I miss the deadline to open claims with my bank so I went ahead and follow up the steps to request a refund from the company, I didn't hear back from them so I went ahead and open a claim with my Bank and I was able to get some of my investment back; however, they removed my website (which it was paid off and had nothing to do with my claim for Social Media Management) and held my Website hostage.

I was dealing with a "Bussiness Consultant" who used very unprofessional tactics to retain me as customer, this tactic included: sending unrequested sexting, calling me after Bussiness hours and asking what I was wearing, among other things which I'll reserve for he time being. I was virtually Harrased for one of their Representative.

All of them use fake names and try to get you on a different platform like Skype or a fake WhatsApp Phone Number, they prefer to call you or text you, rather than email...they use about 4 different names: Website Valley design, 708, Design Booz are some of the names they do Bussiness under, this by itself is a RED FLAG.

Like all the others yet another very negative experience with Aussies Website Agency.

After months of delays and incorrect work not completing any of my tasks and them all you using fake names Mathew Melloi, Simon Wilson, Paul Rodiguez, Jonus Muller communicating and replying with AI fake email messages.

I have asked for a refund and they have refused, so then I asked if I can have full access to my website and host details they disagreed without giving me any credentials or control of my own site that I have paid for in full.
To make matters worse, their coercion and intimidation tactics have continued by blocking my incoming emails to them and my IP address from blocking me from any communication, leaving reviews and not answering my phone call messages

They are currently being investigated by all relevant agencies.

If you’re looking for reliable and ethical service, stay far away from Aussies Website Agency and Aussie web shop & Website Design Valley

Truthfully if I could give no stars I would. These people most likely are not even web designers most of the time and if you find a good review on them it’s usually made up by them. This is going to be a long story .November 22 I paid $1750 and then additional $250 to get on More website. They were to rebrand my website do my advertising for me and do SEO work on 76 search engines. And open me a eBay platform with a beautiful web design that match the name of the company that I had on Shopify. There was always an excuse of somebody was sick somebody had a cold somebody would do it next week on and on and on so the first week in March after many begging and meetings and paying them more money for other services That they said was additional. I wound up paying them several thousand dollars. They finally got a page I approved and they copied it in and pasted it and made such a mess out of the website that when you open up the pages nothing moved nothing did anything except the page opens it was not even Hooked up to my Shopify shop. The front page was OK with the rest of it was the most horrible mess I ever saw and they never linked any of my information or anything so I could use my Shop to load up more products so it was a useless shop And it wound up taking my shop down in the long run. It totally destroyed my credibility with Shopify and totally destroyed my ability to be able to advertise anywhere.
I finally did started doing some investigating on them and found that their head company was in New Jersey and a house. The phone number for that house did not work and they made excuses for that and kept saying they were in LA but every time I got on Google to look up their LA companies they also had another company hooked to them called Webtronomy and then they built through a company called 786 services which is an LLC. So I start looking through some of my old paperwork and there was another company that had ripped me off for $1000 a long time ago to do SCO work and they were also 786 services. Every time I looked up the company on Google to try to find out what their office looked like or where it was the pictures kept changing. That’s pretty much a red flag. Every time I had a meeting with them their faces would not show it’s just a big name across the front. One guy used his name is Jerry Harper which that name present probably doesn’t even exist. We’ll know soon though because I had to report them. Anyway back to the story then Kevin Harper supposedly his assistant was a little boy that knew absolutely nothing and would handle his phone calls and wouldn’t let me talk to him anymore. They finally got onto a meeting and said it was live and ready to go on my Shop. So what I did was look at my banner and like I told you above it was a mess and so they said they were gonna fix it and sent me to a tech lady called Julie Cinderella! I had them completely in my administration and sometimes when I would touch the website it would tell me to go back that it was a malicious site and that would steal all my credit card and payment information. So this was obviously a scam of a bunch of hacker companies With a lot of people working for them. Sometimes I would call them in the evening when they were not supposed to be in the office and somebody would wake up and get out of bed to answer the phone I could tell.
Anyway I went to my bank because I could not get this resolved and they had already violated the contract and lied many times and I have completely let them know that I recorded every call kept every text every promise that they never kept 100% at the time and even would argue with me And sometimes would get angry with me. I had put a review on them before in the middle of this on this site they threaten me to take it down or they would do nothing for me because they were mad at me so I had to take it down. This was my soul means of income and I’m a 70 year-old lady so this is also elder abuse and taken as a federal offense at times at the very least it is a felony.
After putting a complaint with my bank the bank said they were also reporting me as elder abuse which was a felony and this was probably a fake company because something didn’t sound right and they were going to do an investigation.
This Jerry Harper kept calling me in the middle of the night and said they were multimillion dollar company and they didn’t read withdraw my claim with the bank I would never get my money back because they’re legal would have to take over and that he drove a fancy Porsche and he thought I felt like he was his I was his son and that I was walking to his house and around his children I would be so happy. This young man at 32 years old a 70-year-old woman was stupid and he treated me very insultingly and he insulted my intelligence. I’ve had businesses before and never knew about Trustpilot though and I had seen good reviews on them but I found out later they disappeared because they were fake.

If you see a good review, it's employees from the company leaving good reviews.

BE WARNED!!!! Stay far far away. This company does nothing for you other than wanting payment for this that and the other. They hand you off to someone different on a weekly basis, no one has a clue what your project is about, also, everyone you work with suddenly has a family crisis, and vanishes. It took almost a year and a half and my website was done wrong, prices were posted wrong, products and colours posted to the website were wrong, but then they went live with it. Shipping was incorrect, ended up costing me more money. I asked to have the site turned over to me, and they took months to do that. Finally I get it back, everything removed from the site. Wordpress empty. Now the want 699.00 to remove my site from Google. AGAIN. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

My copyrighted original article is illegally posted on a website they designed and/or are affiliated with and they put a copyright notice with their business name beneath my work. They will not respond to DMCA notices or messages sent through their website or e-mail address.

If I could give them a zero I would. It's been 15 months and my website is not working. It's been live for several months but no one is able to place an order. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I send emails quite often asking for updates and receive no reply. I have forwarded their requested information (shipping API, pos information, etc.) several times only to get, "Send it once more". They even swore at me in an email as he thought I didn't know what I was talking about only to find out, one of his guys got the information. No apology was given. RUDE! Lately, the only time I hear from them is when they are trying to sell me something. I have spent several thousands of dollars on something I was told would take a couple months. I thought I was working with a guy in BC but once he signed me up my files were sent to the states. I am soooo dissapointed.

Despite agreeing in writing to the price, work scope, and deadlines, the company claimed three months later that our business was not worth the agreed-upon price, disregarding our contractual agreement.

Website Design Valley agreed to create a staging website utilizing the clients themes content, images, videos, logos, hosting, WordPress, Elementor, and other existing licensed platforms.

It is imperative to note that they had no authority to remove the entire website from our platform while the project remained contractually uncompleted proceedings to offer a refund not received.

This behavior raises serious questions about business character and integrity. Accountability is paramount in any professional relationship, and their actions suggest a troubling lack of commitment to fulfilling their contractual obligations.

While there are some favorable ratings on this platform there are multiple poor and disturbing ratings across the internet about this company.

BEWARE !!!!! This company Krazy Design Labs, Web site design Valley, & 786 Services are all 1 company. THEY WILL SCAM YOU !!!! Trust me, they took me for alot of money, as well as TIME! Months & months they string me along promiseing dates that were NEVER hit. They also Promised me a refund which never came! BUYER BEWARE !!!!
Also most importantly, THEY NOT HAVE offices where they say they do.. THESE PEOPLE are FRAUDS !!!! Do your research before moving forward with paying them any money, or you will be sorry .. Take my advise

They are absolutely horrible. They use fear and deceit tactics. They do not use contracts, have set pricing or offer any honest advisement on the legalities of website design. In fact, they do the opposite and tell you you must pay numerous additional fees to be compliant which is false. As a female, I was harassed by being called "love" to "good looking", to "if I was in my right mind" when I told them "no" I was yelled at and verbally abused. They made up reviews for my website that I had them remove. They tried to get me to sign a waiver that I would not sue them. They sent extortion based emails, calls, and texts stating that I must pay absorbent fees for false compliancy issues or faced being sued. They all but refused to give me the login information to my website then I found out they had used a third party website host without my permission. I had a time getting my website away from them. Just wish I could get my money away from them. I would venture to say that their best review are given by themselves based on all the dishonesty I experienced with them. Do not trust ANY positive reviews given for this business. Do your homework. They are dangerous and in no way represent the values, ethics, professionalism that you should expect and receive in a business dealing. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau.
