Shocking company to deal with, stay away from them. I am still waiting for my refund, all emails are ignored. This company will go bust soon.

Compre un abrigo en la web de North Sails y como la talla es Italiana, que nada tiene que ver con la española, me venia pequeño. Lo envié siguiendo las instrucciones de la Web y pedí otra talla superior. Cuando llega el segundo abrigo resulta que las mangas larguísimas y me venia grande. Los envío siguiendo el mismo procedimiento que el primero, y ha pasado mas de un mes y aun estoy esperando el reembolso. He escrito como 10 mails desde distintas cuentas y solo obtuve contestación una sola vez dándome largas. He llamado a los dos números de atención a cliente que parecen en la web y uno es un numero inexistente, y el otro solo puedes dejar un mensaje. Así que aquí sigo con cara de pasmado después de ver que una multinacional como North Sails se va a quedar con mi dinero.

Just like others mentioned, no reply on emails apart from a reply on the first one under the name of Andrea, no refund whatsoever. In addition to that, the thing that initially struck me as weird was that there was no receipt issued and included inside the package. That's the 2nd time I purchase from North Sails and it was a total different experience when served from Germany. I referred my case to the European Customer Centre of the country i reside and i recommend everyone to do the same.

This must be a scam. The quality is appalling and the price ridiculous. No response from customer service as I wish to return it. Very, very surprised for a brand like this.

I purchased a Sailor jacket, but it is too small. Be aware, this brand runs small! I contacted customer service to request a size exchange, but they did not respond. I sent the return package and did not receive any confirmation of its arrival. I still have not been refunded. Be cautious! Only buy if you are sure about the size and model! Avoid returns and customer service, as it is nonexistent!

Like others have commented in their reviews the NorthSails returns policy and refunds customer service is appalling, I have been waiting a month for a refund and the same for a returns label. They say that returns labels are sent out with the goods when despatched but that is not so. As others have said there is no email response from customer services. Initially Andrea did respond but subsequently for the last 3 weeks no response at all.
Never again will I use this company they are shocking!

Ho fatto un reso più di un mese fa e non ho ricevuto il rimborso, e nemmeno risposta alle tante mail di sollecito. Mai avuta un'esperienza così negativa, e un rammarico così grande per aver perso dei soldi (nemmeno pochi).

J’ai fait 2 grosses commandes sur le site. Env 350€ chacune. Je n’ai pas eu de problèmes pour me faire rembourser la 1 ere. Mais pour le remboursement de la seconde, ce fût plus long (45 jours) et compliqué...Quand j’ai vu que je n’aurai aucune réponse à tous les mails envoyés sur leur boite SAV qui commence par : webcustomercare. J’ai commencé a écrire des avis négatif sur chaque publication Facebook et Instagram en demandant où etait mon remboursement... J’ai enfin obtenu leur attention sur Instagram et je ne sais pas si ça a aidé mais je viens d’etre enfin remboursé. Bref. Si vous achetez via leur site et que vous renvoyez des articles, gardez toutes les preuves de dépots et numéro de suivi de l’etiquette retour du transporteur DHL au cas où...
Personnellement je ne sais pas si je repasserai commande sur leur site.

Worst customer service ever!
It is more than a month they are not processing my returns and giving money back. They do not answer emails or calls. From such a brand it is simply unacceptable.
Do not buy anything online and I will definitely not buy anything anymore from North Sail!!

THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN FROM A BRAND.
I made a return approximately a month ago and they don’t even reply to my mails for the refund.I will never buy again from this brand and i will always say about my experience.

Cuidado si devuelves alguna prenda, yo llevo 2 meses para que me ingresen el dinero de la devolución de una prenda

I have returned an item a month ago and still don´t have the refund. The item has been delivered via DHL to them three weeks ago and they don´t answer neither emails nor phone calls.
The last time I buy something from them.

Jamais remboursé, pourtant l'article a bien été retourné et reçu par NS. Service après-vente injoignable. NE PAS COMMANDER SUR CE SITE !

MISE A JOUR : Après beaucoup de mails restés sans réponse (+ des messages laissés sur un répondeur en Italie) et plus de 2 mois, je viens d'être remboursé.

Dopo un mese dal reso ancora nessun rimborso e nessuna risposta alle 3 mail inviate per avere aggiornamenti.

Sono lentissimi nel restituire i soldi in caso di reso, anche più dei 14 giorni per legge, quasi te ne dimentichi, non è a livello dei migliori e-commerce famosi.

Wie viele andere kann ich nur schlechtes über diese Firma berichten. Habe über BestSecret einen Pullover von NorthSails bestellt. Leider entsprach dieser überhaupt nicht der Darstellung auf dem Bestellportal und ging somit per DHL Express am 12Feb25 zurück. Bisher wurde die Rücksendung weder bestätigt noch der Betrag gut geschrieben. Der Kundenservice von BestSecret sieht sich auch nicht in seiner Verantwortung. Telefonisch ist bei NorthSails in Italien niemand zu erreichen. Nie wieder werde ich von dieser Firma etwas bestellen. Es scheint deren Masche zu sein.

Keine Rückerstattung, obwohl die Retoure vor 4Wochen zurückgemeldet wurde, kein Telefon Service

Ware wurde zurückgeschickt, da zu klein. Eine Rückerstattung erfolgte nach Wochen immer noch nicht.
Bei Paypal wurde ein Fall eröffnet, auch daraufhin kam keine Reaktion,......jetzt Anwalt.

En Diciembre/2024 compre un abrigo, según las especificaciones es repelente al agua e impermeable, para las condiciones más duras. Todo mentira, cuando llueve un poco traspasa el agua y quedas empapado. Las costuras se me han descosido de varios sitios del abrigo. Un desastre, soy windsurfista y conozco la marca pors su velas y por ESO confie en ella pero me siento engañado.
