This was our third vehicle sold. It was a very nice, experience again. The Representative was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient, because you would think these things would take forever.

5 Star Experience!
Working with Melinda to sell our car was a great experience! She performed a very thorough inspection of our car and kept us well informed throughout the entire process, making sure to explain each step in detail so that we knew what was going on and what each document we signed was for. I would definitely recommend the Allentown location and Melinda to anyone looking to sell their used car for a fair price and to a very professional organization.

My experience at We Buy Any Car was easy and professional. Carter the branch manager that I delt with was thorough and courteous. I was dissappointed when the offer for my vehicle was 1/3 the value they offered in my online evaluation. I accepted the offer since I did not need the car, but if I really needed the money, I probably would have declined.

We Buy Any Car® USA - Allentown, PA からの回答
Hi Bruce,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review about your appointment. We're thrilled Carter provided excellent customer service to you. We set out to make selling a car easy and transparent, but it sounds like we only delivered on half our promise. We're sorry to learn we couldn't meet your expectations on price. No one likes surprises, and hopefully it was communicated in detail as to why we arrived at the valuation we did.
We take customer service seriously and a member of our leadership team is going to launch a full review of your appointment. If we didn't communicate properly or somehow dropped the ball, we want to make that right.
We take detailed notes, photos and videos of every appraisal we complete. A quick review shows our Branch Manager, Carter, identified some issues with the vehicle we were previously unaware of prior to the appointment. Most important was the engine code P0300 which references random cylinder misfires. A P0300 code can be caused by a number of things, including: Fuel system issues, Ignition system issues and Mechanical issues. When we identified upper engine noise as well, we unfortunately had to take these two discoveries into consideration when making our offer.
We want to assure you have a positive outcome. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with Area Manager, Carlos about your experience. He reports a positive conversation and we're thrilled we could connect directly and listen to your feedback in greater detail.
If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to call Carlos or email our customer experience team directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.
Kind Regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
