Carter has amazing customer service. He was fair in the assessment of my car and offered a fair price. He was very friendly, professional, and he was very understanding with me during our conversation as I was pretty set on a price I wanted to sell at. Carter explained the value of my car and was willing to meet me in the middle, so I was very inclined to agree to settle and sell my car. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is trying to sell off their car.

What made our experience great began as we entered the front door of We Buy Any Cars on Hanover Avenue in Allentown, Pennsylvania. As we entered the door we were greeted by an associate of We Buy Any Car by the name of Carter. Carted was friendly, meticulous at his job and the epitome of professional. Carter treated my wife and I as individuals first and then as a customer. We hardly see this type of care anymore and it is uplifting. We will share with our friends and family that if they want to sell their car, go to We Buy Any Car! Excellent job Carter.

They offered a fair deal to buy my car. The sales rep seemed knowledgeable and explained the process well.

Carter Garcia was wonderful. He was very polite, professional, and personable. He was clear, concise about policy and procedure. When he told us the price had changed from when we got the quote- and we disagreed, as we explained we had already told them about the scratch on the bumper when we put in the original description and got quote, he did not argue. He simply said "That"s what came back"
So we just picked up the keys and title from his desk and said no thank you and left. He was not angry or disrespectful in any way. He just said I'm sorry-have a nice day. We did come back after someone approved the original price, And he was still very courteous and professional. In the customer service industry myself-it was refreshing to see someone who obviously liked his job, his customers and knew how to treat them.

Selling a car for an estate, I received an online quote from both WeBuyAnyCar.com (WBaC) and Carmax. WBaC Made an offer almost $2,000 higher than Carmax, so of course I went with WBaC. After insight inspection, the offer was $3,500 less than the quote! I worked with the WBaC employee and came to an agreement.
Please be aware of the $400 “small processing fee” that’s not mentioned on the site that comes right off the top of the offer.
While I did expect a little of this, I was surprised how much less was offered.
The WBaC employee, Carter, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, a real pleasure to work with. My complaint is with WBaC practices of luring people in with inflated online quotes.

Carter was easy to work with and explained everything clearly.
