I did my research prior to making the decision to sell my car to WBAC so I already had an idea of what to expect walking in. The entire process was super simple , quick and easy. I knew going in that I wouldn’t walk out with the estimate given to me online due to the amount of damages I had on my vehicle BUT I listed all of the damages to the best of my ability when filling out the questionnaire prior to making the appointment as I wanted a really honest transaction and that’s exactly what I got. I forgot the agent’s name that I dealt with but he was very kind and respectable and took the time to explain all my options to me and gave me a run down on how they came up with the offer they presented to me. Although it was lower than my asking price, I understood and agreed with the reason why and felt comfortable enough to move forward with the sell. I especially liked the fact that it wasn’t any pressure to sell my vehicle , and that I had the option to drive away if I didn’t want to accept the offer. They provided me a detailed breakdown of my vehicles history and presented the facts and I was given amble time to be able to think and make a decision. I am happy with the decision that I made and would recommend WBAC to everyone!
