I finally decided to move on from my 14 year old Prius. Searching Carvana was certainly easy and helped me narrow down my options. When I made my initial choice, I hit a glitch (caused by me). I called their customer support and they were extremely helpful. I selected a different vehicle and am very happy with my new car. The process was easy and rewarding.

That the whole process took less than one hour was incredible. Why spend days or weeks trying to sell a vehicle on your own when this is so easy. Joe, the Bedford Hts. location manager was super nice and very knowledgeable with the assessment and all the paperwork. The best part was leaving with a check in my hand for the sale.

It went okay. The initial ’online’ offer was 6 times what was ultimately offered. Seems a little scammy… at least we were able to get them to about 40% of their original offer. Luckily for them it was the vehicle of a passed family member and was no longer needed. So they got a 12 year old car with only 59k miles, from which I’m quite certain they will profit nicely from… So as long as they feel good about sticking it to a senior citizen selling her husbands car, I guess all is well. They were super friendly I would add.

The online offer and the in person offer reflected a difference. This seems related to the online tool’s limitation to describe the condition in detail. Nonetheless - the process was easy and individuals were professional in their demeanor.
