Josh at the Bedford location was excellent! Friendly and efficient. Because of him I will always recommend We Buy Any Car.
It was waiting on the approval at the main office that ended up keeping us (and him) an hour past closing time.

Eric was awesome, he gave me a great price for my vehicle and was very down to earth yet very professional !....I also left a box in the car my deceased uncle left me with pictures, memoirs etc... the vehicle had been shipped to Erie PA, and Eric called to let me know he'd get the box back and then I could come and pick it up. My experience was a good one. The salesman was professional and friendly. We were able to watch him in the garage checked the car. He explained how he checked the paint on the car. Explained because the car was purchased in Canada they couldn't check all the history which effected the price that was offered. I received the same offer from CarMax. I just felt more comfortable and I like the service provided at WeBuyAnyCar.

Customer service was excellent, site manager Eric was very thorough. The initial estimate offer for the vehicle was $1400 higher than the actual offer received. Vehicle received negative marks for barley visible rust inside of car door, amongst other things. Other than that the overall transaction was quick and easy. I didn’t feel rushed through the process. I was even provided time to think over the offer and return later that day with my final decision. I would’ve given 5 stars but I just didn’t appreciate the estimated amount being so drastically different from the actual offer.
