I was treated well and got a fair price for my 12-year-old car.

Donny explained things well and was very polite. I was only there about an hour. I would use them again.

My son is a student at NCSU and took his car to this location to sell. This service was very upfront and honest and quite helpful to him as he worked through this process.

Very accommodating. I didn’t get much for the car, and probably could’ve sold it for more - plus they deducted money because of the condition of the tires (which I’ve never heard of) but all in all a good experience.

I indicated that my vehicle had been in an accident when I did the online evaluation, but when I brought it in to sell I was penalized again for the same thing.

It wasn't the company, it was my service manager who I sat with and checked the truck over. Just an all around genuine guy. We seemed to have similar ideas about life and he wasn't trying to rip me off. He was an honest person I felt. So hire more like that guy and people will feel better about giving their vehicles away for lesser price and walk away feeling good about it instead of guilt and regret. I hate that I forgot his name but -- I appreciate you brother.

Process was quick and efficient.
The final price after all the nitpicking and subtraction for fees was 40% lower than the estimated amount on the website. Given the car was 23 years old, I thought deducting for paint that wasn't showroom shiny and a few other items mentioned seemed a little much.
However, I was glad to close the deal and move on with my life.
