I didn't get as much as I wanted

The buyer from company "Hew" was very friendly and informative. He checked over our car then made an offer that was reasonable. After paperwork, sale title transfer was complete I received payment. The car was picked up within a few days. I was pleased with the ease of the experience.

Very professional transaction, Kew was very polite, thorough and detail oriented. Very organized, he was very logical in the signing of the documents, and explained all of the steps very well. It was very well done and thank you for a great selling experience.

Thomas was so helpful and kind. He made the experience of selling my car easy and hassle free.

John was extremely professional. He did a thorough job in inspecting the vehicle. John also communicated well and arrived within the time frame that was agreed upon. Price was a little low in my opinion, but overall, not a bad experience.

Solid communication, showed up when they said they would and explained paperwork process thoroughly. Definitely trusted them through the process.

I was quite impressed with the mobile agent who came to my home on time and very courteous. I could tell he was trying hard to get a great deal for me.
However not to any fault of his, I do not believe I received a fair offer for my vehicle. I knew there were some mechanical issues that I intended to discuss but there were also advantages that I believe were discounted.
I purchased the car five years ago knowingly aware that it had a salvage rebuilt title and it was driven 40,000 miles and one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned.
But I was informed in advance of the visit that a salvage title can lower the offer by 50% to 75% of the starting price and they certainly took advantage of that opportunity.
This was my second time dealing with this business and will likely be my last.
This car still only has less than 90,000 miles on it.

The experience was good for the most part Will the guy that was handling my transaction was good informative and patient. Only thing I didnt like was that you had to keep the original death certificate that was my last copy of the original and it made me upset that after showing you all the paperwork showing I was over my deceased sister estate you still tried to make a check out to a dead person because her name was on the title but I had court papers showing I override that because im the court appointed person over her estate that was time consuming and irritating so just work on that for in the future but thankfully you guys was able to get it straight and printed the check in my name and i was able to handle that properly but other than that great experience and I would use you guys again thank you
