Solid communication, showed up when they said they would and explained paperwork process thoroughly. Definitely trusted them through the process.

I was quite impressed with the mobile agent who came to my home on time and very courteous. I could tell he was trying hard to get a great deal for me.
However not to any fault of his, I do not believe I received a fair offer for my vehicle. I knew there were some mechanical issues that I intended to discuss but there were also advantages that I believe were discounted.
I purchased the car five years ago knowingly aware that it had a salvage rebuilt title and it was driven 40,000 miles and one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned.
But I was informed in advance of the visit that a salvage title can lower the offer by 50% to 75% of the starting price and they certainly took advantage of that opportunity.
This was my second time dealing with this business and will likely be my last.
This car still only has less than 90,000 miles on it.

The experience was good for the most part Will the guy that was handling my transaction was good informative and patient. Only thing I didnt like was that you had to keep the original death certificate that was my last copy of the original and it made me upset that after showing you all the paperwork showing I was over my deceased sister estate you still tried to make a check out to a dead person because her name was on the title but I had court papers showing I override that because im the court appointed person over her estate that was time consuming and irritating so just work on that for in the future but thankfully you guys was able to get it straight and printed the check in my name and i was able to handle that properly but other than that great experience and I would use you guys again thank you

Your company is a scam. To drop the offer by $1,000 a day before pickup is a deceptive practice. We definitely let our neighbors in our 1,200 home community now about how you do business.

My appointment was schedule for 4/13 and the vehicle was a 2025 Toyota Camry.
My latest valuation was emailed to me on 4/7 for $27,515. When I told the associate that I would not accept $1,000 less than the offer on 4/7, he cancelled the appointment.

I was selling a 2015 Hyndai owned by my late friend that was thru an estate. The transaction and service was excellent. Everything was explained thoroughly from the beginning to the completion of the paper work.

I called on Tuesday March 10,and the next day Will was here to do the appraisal on our 2006 Mustang GT. We agreed on a price, did the paper work and received the check. A simple process that took about an hour. The car was picked up the next day.

Overall the service was excellent and would highly recommend We Buy Any Car. We planned to bring our car into the local office but the reservation request only permitted home visits for the day/time we wanted so we went with that. The technician arrived at our house on time and completed the car evaluation promptly. The negotiation took a bit longer than we wanted as he had to reach back to the office each time, but we reached a fair and equitable price. Finalized the paperwork and the money was Zelle'd to us. A very easy and painless process.
