Excellent service and very efficient and fast!

Had a good experience with Hector. He matched an offer I had and explained how his company had a cleaner and safer way of transferring ownership of the vehicle.

I had to change my appointment date a few times but the staff at WBAC were very accommodating. The overall process was super easy and Kyle was amazing. Very fair and very quick. The process took no more than 45 minutes and I believe the offer made was very decent. The customer service and overall professionalism was excellent.

I was trying to sell my vehicle with over 300,000 miles on it and got tired of the tire kickers so I went to webuyanycar.com and was pleased with the appraisal. Michael, the mobile appraiser came to my house and checked the vehicle all over and made me an offer. Originally it wasn’t quite enough for me to say sold. When I told him what I needed he worked it out and cut me a check right then and there. He is very pleasant yet professional.

It much longer than it should due to IT technical issues and experience of the site manager. Otherwise, the transaction process is about what I expected.

I am not happy with the hidden cost of the documentation fee. I was told they will buy my car for $6800.00, but when the paperwork came it was $7099.00 and there is a $ 349.00 is deducted for the documentation fee, I wish they explain that first. Other than that the whole process is great and the Branch manager Kyle Bensen did a great job.

We agreed upon a price and a sale on Wednesday and returned on Friday to finalize the sale. Although there were a few unexpected delays in the process, we successfully concluded the sale to our satisfaction. We were very impressed by the company’s understanding and responsiveness to our suggestions to streamline the process.

This was the third time we have sold a car to We Buy Any Car and the process remains straight-forward and painless. The initial indications of value are spot on with Kelly and Edmonds and any adjustments were reasonable for the condition of the car.
With this transaction Kyle was terrific to work with and helped us document a POA to expedite the transaction since my wife was not available to attend the appointment.
