I entered into the car selling experience expecting the worst but, thanks to Albert and webuyanycar.com got THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Albert came to our home and provided the most professional and personal service. He allowed me to observe his process and ask any questions. He was open, honest, and authentic with the entire transaction. The offered price as fair and he issued a check on the spot. I could not have asked for better customer service and would not hesitate to hight recommend him and this service.

The communication from the start to finish was great. The day of our appointment went well. I did had an issue depositing my check at my regular bank and bank of the check would not cash the check. After call Mr. Greg, he got everything sorted out to where I did deposit my check the following day. Thank you

We bought a new car and got offered a lower than expected amount for a trade in (2012 Ford Edge Limited). We decided to try one of the car buying companies but were skeptical of what dollar amount would be offered and the process it would entail.
We entered the vehicle information and the estimated amount was about $3000 more than the dealer offered.
Decided to book an evaluation appointment and the next day received a call from the Cornelius NC Branch Manager (Greg LeQueux) asking a couple of questions about the car and allowed me to ask several of my own.
I was still skeptical of the process (maybe the jingle had something to do about that) but as soon as I met Greg, I felt at ease.
He explained the entire process as he evaluated the car and answered all my questions, and then some.
When the actual valuation was determined he explained what caused it to go down (only $1000).
The resulting payout was in the ball park of what I thought the vehicle was worth, and I didn't have to worry about people showing up at my place for a test drive (if sold personally).
The entire process took about an hour from beginning to walking out with a check.
If I have any future need to sell a vehicle again, I'll be doing business with the Cornelius NC branch and Greg. I was very surprised at the experience.
